There was an overbooking problem so we got a free update which was nice the apartment it self was also nice but it wasn't very clean and it didn't look very well taken care of but it did feel quite luxurious. The service wasn't very nice, the staff had a bit of trouble with comunication. Overall we did have everything we needed.

Not fancy but clean and warm, comfortable even, if you think of it more as a apartment instead of a hotel. I booked the hotel for one month on booking.com for US$1500. The room was on a high storey building. You get a little view of the surroundings. The room looked more like an apartment than a hotel room. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room that doubles as the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking needs. Kettle, oven, stove, pots, knives. Although it does not have a microwave. The bathroom contains a washing machine. You can dry your clothes on a drying rack that was falling apart. I hope they replace it for the next guests. The sofa in the living room looked quite old. But it was comfortable and can even be made into a bed. So this apartment unit actually has three beds. There are some broken or missing things about the apartment. There are no personal hygiene products. There was also no hair dryer, which surprised me a little. Some windows are missing a handle. Some drawers in the closer are clearly malfunctioning. I wasn't able to get the TV to work, although it could just be me not understanding Polish. I will leave out the minor stuffs because they can be easily fixed. The building is a regular residence complex. There is a security person at the first floor. If you have package delivery the security person will also help you track them. If you want to access the mailbox you should ask the front desk for the mailbox key. The front desk staff speaks English well and are quite helpful. They are mostly responsive online or by phone call. But they are not always physically at the office. So you might should check with them before visiting the office. There is a breakfast delivery service that I mostly enjoyed. The food quality was decent, and it was nice not having to go outside to buy breakfast while it was snowing.
What a disappointment for a such large apartment with potential. Dirty on arrival, old underwear found in the cupboard, dishwasher with dirty plates in, badly damaged bathroom door frames, wobbly door lock with missing cover, dirt on bathroom tiles, awkward installation of the shower head and one of the worst beds I ever slept in with too small pillows and short duvet. Steer away.
A really good apartment. Easily accessible via public transport to the centre, a short 15 minute walk from Warsaw west station and therefore the Chopin airport. The curtains could have been thicker, they became see through when the light was turned on. All in all a good place to stay if you are like me and don't like eating out all the time. The kitchen had a full set of white goods and was just like a home kitchen. The WiFi is rubbish in the rooms, I didn't manage to get a strong enough signal to connect during our stay. Check out the Lidl a 10 minute walk away as the supermarket below the apartments is very expensive and not great on variety.
1) The worst part of my trip was the mattress in the flat - somebody flipped it and I had to sleep on springs for 2 nights in a row. But they flipped it for a reason, on the other (soft side) - somebody peed on the mattress. So the management, as per my complain (that the mattress is too hard to sleep on and that my back was hurting me as the result), just flipped the mattress back and I had to sleep on the mattress that somebody urinated on for 7 nights... I am not sure WHY they did not clean the urine stain? But it was VERY unpleasant. 2) Smoking/smell - before booking this place, I asked the owner whether there was a cigarette smell in the flat. They replied saying "smoking is prohibited", that's it. Upon my arrival, I was VERY disappointed to find out the cigarette smell in the hall (before even entering the flat), in the flat itself. In addition, I found an empty cigarette box on the balcony... 3) You are not getting the flat you see on photos - apparently, they own several of them. I thought I'd be on a higher floor to see the city, as per pics, but I did not. I was on the second floor facing a huge parking that had super bright lights on all night long. The curtains in the flat are so cheap and thin that they were not able to protect from the bright lights at night. 4) Wifi connection is terrible - super slow and if you are in the bedroom, you will never have a proper connection. I had to constantly restart my devices. 5) TV did not work upon my arrival so I had to call for help. It took a technician about or more than an hour to fix it so I had to dedicate my precious time to this... 6) Value for money - not worth it, unless they give a clean mattress to visitors, fix wifi and put bright lights in the bathroom (it was so dark that you need an additional light in there) 7) If you like to walk as much as I do, location wise, it not a great area to be in - it would take you about a good hour to reach the Old Town/Downtown/Center. Unless, you take a cab or drive yourself. 8) Lastly, management was not responsive - it took 2 days to reply to my email and consider my complaints. 9) Will I stay again? No, thanks.
