Had a pleasant stay before our flight out. We were late to arrive at night, so I let them know via chat in the Bonvoy app. Ms. Maja assured us they will be waiting, and this put my mind at ease. :) Our room on the 6th floor had a cool partial view of the runway, very comfortable bed, and nice De Longi espresso machine. I liked the refillable water dispenser and ice machines by the elevators. Quickly passed by the 24/7 gym which was clean and had good equipment. The business center had computers and printers. Would recommend staying here. ^^
My review concerns my interaction with the front desk before check-in. I did not stay at the hotel because of the way I was treated. If you value professionalism, transparent pricing, and respectful customer service, I recommend thinking carefully before booking this hotel. My experience involved inconsistent pricing within minutes and an attitude that left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. A five-star hotel should provide consistency, fairness, and hospitality from the moment a guest walks through the door. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
The fantastic hospitality, the staff who take care of all the details, the location literally 20 metres away from the terminal, the Club Lounge, which offers amazing selections of snacks, dishes and beverage, the breakfasts starting at 5 am, which is great if you're travelling very early, and the quiet rooms all make me rate this hotel 11/10. Although it is an airport hotel, it is a calm place, which is perfect for travellers. Thank you! Please pass on my thanks to Anna, the hotel manager, for her special care.
Great hotel with an excellent location just across the road from the airport, making it very convenient for travelers.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. The room was clean and comfortable.
A couple of things could be improved. There were no toothbrushes or toothpaste provided in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, room service was difficult to reach I tried calling for about 10 minutes before someone answered. However, once the order was placed, the food arrived quite quickly, within around 20 minutes.
Overall, a pleasant stay with a great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff.
location was the best part. if you are flying from Okęcie in the morning, this is one of the two options to stay in a walk distance from the terminal. breakfast is available from 5am. compared to Poland standard breakfast quality this one is ok but still not what you’d expect from a 5* hotel breakfast, except for the price. pictures attached. rooms are bit tired. had to ask for another room because in the first one facing the west was too hot after sunny day and aircon didn’t work. second room was cooler but still tired plus an old bathrobe with torn belt loops. windows in the entire hotel are blocked. the front desk staff wasn’t nice, again not what you’d expect from a 5* hotel, what i cannot say about housekeeping staff who brought extra blankets on a request. the fitness room is too small (video attached) and smelled chlorine from the pool area. overall 3/5 imo. next time will try the second option nearby.
