Service - Extraordinary. The concierge helped me plan a wedding proposal, connected me with local vendors, arranged the best restaurant reservations, even added nice details to my room I didn’t request. Staying at a hotel of this caliber, with this excellent of a concierge, makes you appreciate the nice hotel stays over AirBnB. Rooms - Thoughtful, luxurious, and with updated amenities. Location - In the best part of town Hotel Architecture/ Style - beautiful I would highly recommend this hotel to travelers looking for luxury travel in Warsaw.

I highly recommend this hotel! Everything here is perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A special thank you to the friendly and attentive staff, who made us feel truly welcome. The rooms are stylish, modern, and uniquely designed, making the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty food. Thank you for such a wonderful and relaxing experience. We will definitely be back!

We were extremely happy with our stay at Raffles Warsaw. This is an amazing hotel and the staff were very courteous throughout. It also had one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. You can feel the luxury the moment you step in, but it never feels overly pretentious. We felt genuinely comfortable the whole time. It's also in a great location, walkable to many tourist sites. The spa area is a particular standout. There's a beautiful pool, plus comfortable single-gender areas with a steam room and sauna, very nice changing rooms, and a spot to soak your feet. We booked using our Chase Sapphire Reserve, which comes with The Edit benefits. Here's how each of those played out during our stay: - Daily breakfast for two: One of the best parts of our stay, which is in contrast to some other reviews. The waitresses on every day we came down were amazing, and probably the best service staff we encountered in all of Warsaw. Beyond the continental spread, you can also choose any item from the hot menu, along with drinks, all included. I was very happy with breakfast. - $100 property credit: Applies only to food and beverage, can't be used at the spa. - Welcome amenity: We didn't receive one, though we also didn't ask. - Wi-Fi: Reliable with no problems. - Room upgrade: We did receive a room upgrade at check-in. - Early check-in and late check-out: We had an early flight in and arrived around 7am, then got the call that our room was ready around 10am. Since we also had an early flight out, we didn't end up using late check-out.

I would live here if I could! Truly such a luxury experience but with added warmth from the staff. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights on the tail end of our Poland trip and had the best time. Every detail is looked after and the hotel is a true work of art. Cannot wait to be back!
