Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel Warsaw

Very nice and convenient hotel, but ask for a room not facing the main road Pros: The Room: Very large, clean, spacious, and pleasant room. Great attention to detail – a very comfortable bed with a warm yet lightweight blanket, bathroom heating, and a shower cabin that seals completely (a major plus!). Additionally, the room includes a mini-bar, an iron with an ironing board, and water dispensers on every floor for cold and sparkling water. Amenities: High-quality shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, and conditioner with a very pleasant scent. Location & Transport: Located at a major intersection with excellent access to public transportation across the city. Right outside the hotel, there is a ticket machine for transit passes (single or daily tickets). Cons: Street Noise: Double rooms facing the road suffer from vehicle, train, and siren noise (ambulances and police cars, likely due to a nearby hospital) throughout the night. It is highly recommended to request a quiet, courtyard-facing room. Shower Water Stream: Water pressure and temperature were inconsistent and kept fluctuating on their own during the shower. Breakfast: Rich buffet with a good selection (cheeses, cold cuts, boiled/scrambled eggs, an omelet station, sausages, mushrooms, and potatoes), but the menu is identical every day with no variety.

I had a wonderful experience at the Radisson Blu Sobieski Hotel, Warsaw. A special thank you to Michel, the chef, who prepared a fresh omelette for me exactly the way I wanted it. It was delicious, and Michel was very friendly and professional. The hotel staff and restaurant staff were also very nice, polite, and helpful. Whenever I had questions or needed information, they were always happy to assist and were very approachable. The location of the hotel is also amazing and very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so pleasant! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If it's warm outside, I would advise against choosing this hotel. The air conditioning does not work properly in the rooms, even though hallways and the lobby are comfortably cool. When pressed, staff admitted that many rooms had old, sub-par air conditioning units, a fact that management only discovered after the recent heatwave. We were told that they had since closed several rooms to have the a/c repaired in those rooms; however, it seems they are still renting out rooms that have non-functional a/c, as we spoke with several other guests experiencing the same issue as us. We stayed during a particularly hot period where opening the window in the room was not helpful. We moved from our first room, which was unbearably hot and stuffy, to a second room that was only marginally better. It made sleep very difficult and frankly was upsetting given that we were at a hotel that advertised air conditioning. To get cooler air into the room, we had to leave our hallway door propped open all night. Although staff tried to be helpful with providing a portable fan, it was not enough to bring relief. If air conditioning is an advertised amenity, a big brand hotel eapecially should not be renting out rooms without working air conditioning. The staff at this hotel were perfectly wonderful -- I fully blame management for the air conditioning issues as they seem endemic and lingering. The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious - something for everyone. The gym was small but had a surprisingly wide variety of equipment.

The stay overall was Good. We had air conditioning issues the first night that were not addressed, fortunately the weather turned cooler. The Trylogia restaurant had a wonderful waitress named Wiktoria that was absolutely wonderful everyday. She made me and my roomates smile and added to our joy! The food was wonderful!
