The location is excellent. Very near to many local attractions and great restaurants. The staff were extremely kind, professional and helpful. Especially Jola and Kasia at the breakfast welcome desk! (Good breakfast too) The porter we had was named Darek and he was super professional and friendly! Would definitely book again. Pictures included of the view from just outside the hotel in the evening.
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights - a couple and a child. The hotel's excellent service started even before we arrived. I wanted to surprise my husband for his 40th birthday. I contacted the hotel about the options. I received a detailed explanation, including prices, of what could be done. The response was quick and detailed, even about the taste of the cake I wanted. When we arrived, the room was decorated for the birthday with a balloon, a caption on the mirror, a cake I ordered, and even juices and chocolates that the hotel staff added for free. The surprise was excellent! The cake was delicious! The food in the hotel is varied and very tasty. The dining room did not feel crowded, and even when there were a lot of people, we were directed to another dining room. The hotel is very clean, there is a children's playroom, table tennis and football, and a room for screening movies for children. When we were informed that our flight was changed and we had to leave the hotel at 4:00 AM, we spoke with the staff about whether it was possible to cancel breakfast and the staff organized 3 bags TA for us which included pastries, fruit, juices, salad, and a sandwich. The hotel is located in the city center, a 5-minute walk from the central station and one minute from light rail lines that reach any point in the city. Highly recommended! We had a great time! It's a landmark hotel at the best location in Warsaw. Rooms are too small, especially the bathroom, to make it a 5 star hotel. But the service is first class, at least for Accor Gold members. Never any waiting time at this big hotel's reception desks, plenty of elevator capacity. Highly recommended if price is right.
I stayed at Novotel Warsaw Center during my trip and overall had a very good experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within easy reach of major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The views from the higher floors are a great bonus and give a fantastic perspective over Warsaw. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a very good selection with plenty of options. The only thing worth mentioning is that some areas and room details feel a bit dated compared to newer hotels. Still, the location, convenience, and overall experience make it a very solid choice for staying in Warsaw. A great plus is their own parking across the street.

From the moment I arrived, she made me feel valued as a guest, handling everything efficiently while maintaining a warm and friendly attitude. She was always ready to help with a smile, whether it was answering questions or offering useful recommendations.
