Excellent hotel with a great location, right in the heart of the city.
The reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our room on the 27th floor had a beautiful view of the Palace of Culture and Science.
The breakfast was rich and delicious, with a chef station preparing fresh crêpes and pancakes, as well as an egg station offering different types of eggs, including poached eggs.
The gym is large, spacious, and well equipped with modern equipment.
The swimming pool and gym are located on the 43rd floor and offer stunning views.

The Club InterContinental lounge is easily one of the highlights of the property. It is remarkably spacious and offers fantastic food and drink options throughout the entire day. Breakfast was wonderful and we loved returning for the daytime snacks, afternoon tea, and evening drinks with delicious canapés. Special thanks to every single member of the Club Lounge team—Justyne, Alex, Alexandra, Michał, Ines, Ola, Vadym, Nadia, Artem, Yanna, Svetlana, and Avesta—who were all amazing, taking wonderful care of us and making sure our glasses and plates were always full. All of the staff was outstanding.
We also had an amazing dining experience at the restaurant on the second floor. The beef tartare and tallow fries were beyond delicious and an absolute must-try! Oliwia provided exceptional service and made our meal extra special.
To top it all off, the location couldn't be better—conveniently situated just a few steps away from the main shopping mall.
We couldn't have asked for a better stay and cannot wait to return!
My days at InterContinental Warsaw have been truly unforgettable. It wasn’t just the delicious food, great drinks, and stunning view from our room that made this stay so memorable, but also the wonderful staff — from the Club Lounge to the Bar and Reception — who were always so kind, attentive, and friendly.
There is one person without whom this trip wouldn’t have been quite as special: Alex from the Club Lounge. She went above and beyond to make sure we not only felt comfortable during our stay, but truly exceptional. She took the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect for us, and her genuine care and attention made such a difference.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at InterContinental Warsaw. These two days were truly one of our best experiences at an IHG hotel so far.
From the reception to the bar and every department in between, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. However, one person went truly above and beyond to make our stay exceptional: Alex from the Club Lounge.
Alex did everything she could to make our trip to Warsaw truly memorable. Her kindness, helpfulness, and genuine friendliness made our days even more special. She is a truly outstanding member of the team, and without her, our stay simply would not have been as special as it was.

Wonderful stay at InterContinental Warszawa! I’d like to highlight a few things that made the biggest impression.
Breakfast — absolutely top-notch! A huge selection of dishes: fresh pastries, made-to-order omelets, a wide variety of fruits, cheeses, and local delicacies. Everything is fresh and beautifully prepared, and the breakfast staff are attentive and always ready to help or bring something extra.
Morning room service deserves special praise — orders arrive quickly even in the early hours, dishes are always hot, fresh, and nicely presented. It’s so convenient to start the day with a delicious coffee and breakfast right in the room, without rushing to the restaurant.
The overall room service throughout the day was flawless as well, with a pleasantly varied menu even for late-night orders.
The renovated interior of the hotel also didn’t go unnoticed — the rooms look stylish and modern, with clear attention to detail: quality materials, comfortable beds, and a thoughtfully designed atmosphere. You can tell the hotel is investing in guest comfort.
Overall, I only have positive impressions. I’ll definitely return here on my next trip to Warsaw and recommend it to anyone who values a high standard of service and comfort. Thank you to the hotel team for a wonderful stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
