Hotel Santé is a pleasant stay if you’re looking for something short term and don’t mind being outside the city. The breakfast is varied, and rooms are sufficiently spacious. The spa itself is a must-visit. There is a wide variety of saunas, steam rooms, and pools. was worried that our 2 hour window to use the spa wouldn’t be enough time but it was the perfect amount to get around most of the saunas and enjoy some cold dips between. Hydrogen water everywhere was the sprinkle on top that made this hotel as unique as it was. Excited to see what its “anti-ageing” properties will do to my already youthful skin. Thanks hotel sante!

Very disappointing experience. Poor service – the staff barely speaks English, making communication difficult. Breakfast was supposed to be delivered to the room because the restaurant was closed, but it was over an hour late and I ended up not getting anything. There is no parking, even though it was mentioned in the listing. The SPA area was out of service, and they only informed me after I made the reservation. Definitely do not recommend.

I had a wonderful 5-day stay at Hotel Sante. I originally chose it for its location near my work event, but it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel is modern, impeccably clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were outstanding—responsive, professional, and fluent in English. Even when I had to cancel my first night last minute due to travel issues, it was not an issue at all. The on-site Bistro serves excellent local food and becomes a cozy bar in the evening. And the spa—outstanding. I only went there on my last day, but it was absolutely world-class. The saunas, steam rooms, and pools were incredible. I left feeling completely recharged. Next time I’m in Warsaw, I’m definitely coming back!
