Loved it! Nice, clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing! The restaurant during dinner also has really great food. As others had said, it is in a central location and does get loud. We brought a sound machine and it was fine.

Hotel itself has a decent standard of cleanliness. The location is central with many sights within reach. However the place in front of the hotel as well as the clubs behind it are popular hangout spots for the local youth, which means extreme noise levels and loud music until the early morning hours. That pretty much makes the stay very unpleasant. Would not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for my husband's birthday getaway and had a really good time. The room was very clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful, they let us check in early and also stored our luggage for us after checkout. The cocktails at the bar were nice, and we enjoyed spending time in the common area playing chess. The location is good too, everything we needed was close by. The hotel was pretty quiet overall. It was a great experience, and I'd happily stay here again if we're back in Warsaw. Would recommend.

Subject: One of my favorite Indigo experiences – Amazing service and prime location! Hotel Indigo Warsaw – Nowy Świat is truly one of the most interesting and delightful properties I’ve stayed at within the IHG group! First and foremost, I must highlight the exceptional service. I stayed here for three nights, and Anna at the front desk provided a wonderful attitude and generous assistance from the moment I checked in. She gave me a fantastic first impression of the hotel. Throughout my stay, Anna proactively checked in on us to ensure we were comfortable and asked if we needed anything else. Her professionalism and warmth were truly impressive, and we are deeply grateful! Location: The hotel is situated right off the main street of the historic area and is within easy reach of the train station. With numerous attractions and restaurants nearby, the location is simply impeccable. Design & Decor: Indigo is known for being a vibrant and design-forward brand, and this property is no exception. From the lobby to the guest rooms, you can find many playful designs and unique touches everywhere. Dining: I had both breakfast and dinner here. The breakfast was flawless—the dishes were high quality and beautifully plated, reflecting the chef's dedication. Dinner was also impressive; the prices are very reasonable compared to local restaurants, and the quality is just as good, if not better. Being able to enjoy a delicious, fairly priced meal in the comfort of the hotel was a highlight for me. Overall, this was a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
