Our suite was fabulous, and the thoughtful touches during turndown service made the experience feel extra special. Breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic variety of options. Beautiful hotel, exceptional attention to detail and a truly luxurious experience. We would happily stay again!
Love, love, love this hotel. Have stayed there three times and every time was great. Rooms are gorgeous. Service is top-notch and if you like fish (and maybe even if you don't), this hotel has one of the best breakfasts anywhere in the world. It also has a great location and a super-cool history. 5-stars on everything and in every way.
Valeriia and Diana was super nice and the hosts were amazing. 10/10 best hotel in Warsaw felt really honored as a gold member. They were super nice and gave us great recommendations in Warsaw. Diana gave us such great service for breakfast. Amazing! Such an amazing location and even convenient parking out front. Give her and team a raise!
I loved this hotel. The room was spacious and it had a lot of places to put things and charge things. The service was great. We got a bunch of gifts and welcoming food. They brought cake and stuffed animals even though we didn’t ask and they were super kind. The location is really good since you are close to old town Warsaw and also the presidential palace and many landmarks. There are also lists of restaurants nearby making the location great. The breakfast would have been a little overpriced but since it was included it was fine. They had a big buffet with lots of options. The staff also helped us with suitcases and luggage and were very welcoming. It was pricey but if I could then I would come again.

The location is exceptional, right on the historic Royal Route near the Presidential Palace and Warsaw’s Old Town, making the experience even more special. The rooms were luxurious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable, while the service was impeccable professional, attentive, and welcoming at every moment. Overall, a world class hotel in Warsaw historic, sophisticated, and absolutely unforgettable.
