Hilton Warsaw City

Perfectly located for easy walking to dining areas like Nor Blina. Access to transport links nearby. Rooms are nice, very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. I'd definitely stay again. The corner rooms have great views and are quiet. They have a bath and separate shower. Shower is powerful but quite cramped. There is a mini fridge, very handy. Bathrobes and slippers are available on request. Public areas are well maintained, good breakfast selection. The spa/health club with pool looks to be for the general public, the pool has 4 swim lanes so not so easy to just chill after a day sightseeing. There is a large jacuzzi, and hot tub, both great. One downside is the sauna, I wasn't able to use it as its traditional Finnish (no swimsuits allowed), not female friendly as its a shared facility used by men.

This is my first visit to Warsaw, and I honestly didn't know what to expect from the city. What a pleasant surprise! Warsaw is vibrant, clean, easy to explore, and full of beautiful architecture and history. From the Hilton Warsaw City, I was able to reach the Old Town in less than 15 minutes on an e-scooter. The cycling and scooter infrastructure is excellent, making it a great city to discover on your own. I was especially happy with my room, which offers a fantastic view of the city skyline. The view is truly beautiful and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would particularly like to recognize the outstanding service during check-in. Liza Yelyzaveta gave me an exceptionally warm welcome and provided professional and helpful advice from the very beginning. Her colleague Levan was equally friendly and attentive. Together, they make a fantastic team. For me, this is what really sets one hotel apart from another: being genuinely welcomed and receiving professional, personal service. Thank you, Liza and Levan, for making such a great first impression. I am already looking forward to my next stay at Hilton Warsaw City and will happily return. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is a really nice hotel. I’m not sure why comments say the hotel is dated. The rooms are in great shape. The hotel is clean. The elevators are newer models. The staff are great. The breakfast is wonderful (omelette bar included). I stay in a lot of hotels. This is my 60+ night in 2026. I have not a single complaint. Management super cool when little things come up. The lounge had at least one hot item I loved every day. Thank you to Maciej and Levan who made our stay even better with a nice upgrade as a diamond and some great recommendations for food in the city. I spent 5 days here.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Warsaw as a speaker at an event, and I had an outstanding experience. The hotel is excellent, but what truly made my stay memorable was the exceptional service provided by Levan From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring everything went smoothly throughout my visit. What impressed me most was his proactive approach, attention to detail, and willingness to help whenever needed. He made me feel valued as a guest and turned what could have been a busy and stressful trip into a very pleasant experience. Great service is often the difference between a good hotel and a great one, and Levan is a perfect example of that. Thank you for making my stay in Warsaw such a positive experience
