Very clean hotel. Close to the airport. The parking was pricy however overall good experience. Value for money was good.

Disappointing last year and disappointing this year. Last year, the air conditioning was not working properly, could not turn it off. At the hotel’s restaurant, I went for a steak, due to my miscalculation on the exchange rate it turned out to be a steak of about EUR 100,00, not worth it to say the least, sent it back for some more cooking. This year, turns out the hotel has dismantled the chargers for electric vehicles in the underground parking and I was travelling with an electric vehicle, this development was not at all helpful for my journey, but not such a big deal. At the restaurant, I was not at all impressed with their gambas and later on their Schnitzel. Would have been helpful if the staff’s English were better and at some point it felt like certain members of the staff were rather disinterested in me as a client. When the main course was served, it was done showing back on me and talking to someone else. Tall, decorative nails, strong on perfume. Attitude issues. A small nuance, not like it ruined everything, but I do take notice of such elements. Feels like I am not welcome. To end on a positive note, there was also a member of the staff at the counter that showed a completely different attitude, with good English, enquired how I liked things and wished a delightful evening when I was leaving. Beds and pillows are comfy, excellent for some good sleep before a long journey next day.
This hotel is so clean, and modern. It's well equipped with everything you could need or want. The staff are so friendly and quick to assist. The breakfast is wonderful, so much fresh fruit, and local bites to try. We lacked for nothing. Would definitely stay again.
The location is excellent, with a park right downstairs and supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The interior design is very nice, with beautiful aesthetics and great natural light in both the rooms and hallways. It’s also very quiet, and the front desk staff was friendly. However, I encountered a major issue that completely ruined my experience. Once I closed the doors and windows, all the lights in the room would automatically turn off after a while. No matter what buttons I pressed, they wouldn't turn back on. The only way to get the lights back on was to physically open the main door and walk back in, lights back. But it will shut off again shortly after. Over and over and over again. I didn’t have this problem during my first few nights here, nor did I experience it when I stayed here a few months ago. It was incredibly frustrating and truly ruined my mood. Absolutely dark! To make matters worse, every time the power cut out, there was a tiny noise, which sounded like a circuit breaker tripping in the fuse box. I suspect that closing the doors and windows automatically triggers the AC, causing an overload that shorts the circuit. When I called the reception, I was casually told that tech support would take 2 hours to arrive. They sounded completely indifferent. Keep in mind, this is a Sheraton. Low-level mistakes like room short-circuits and tripping breakers are absolutely unacceptable for a brand of this standard.
I spend 80 nights a year in hotels. A brand new hotel. Nice rooms. Secure locks. Safe in room. Very comfortable bedding and on the plus side no plastic condom on the mattress (you know those plastic sheets they put on your bed) bud a cotton thick protection layer. The sauna is new and very cosy. Nice fitness space. The staff does not seem to give a shit about you but do what they are supposed to. A really pleasant experience and the hotel was rather empty so it was quiet. Nice touch with polish tea bags company Herbapol in the room. Polish artist posters on the walls. Good design taste. The small towels in the gym are a very nice touch.
