Crowne Plaza Warsaw - The Hub, An Ihg Hotel

The staff are so lovely. Rooms are clean and spacious. Everything is on top. Breakfast is the best part - a lot of options and variety. Definitely one of the best hotels I’ve been. Also the bar downstairs next to the reception is amazing. 10/10

What a lovely surprise this hotel was, right in the heart of Warsaw. We're IHG members, so we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a 2 room suite on the top floor for our recent four day visit. The suite was lovely and airy with an incredible bed and a very comfortable sofa and work area. The suite had a full bath and a half bath and was a wonderful base during the June heatwave. The breakfast buffet was huge and had incredible options, located in their dining room on the first floor. We paid extra for the breakfast, but it was so worth it. In addition to being able to make our own custom fresh juice, there were fresh fruits and veggies, cheese and nears, yogurt and toppings, including fresh honey, an array of hot entrees, lots of breads, desserts, and hot and cold drink options. So much to choose from, in addition to the ability to order avocado toast, a veggie bowl, or eggs to order. The food was incredibly good and made out stay even better. We have Diamond status with IHG, so we had access to the two room lounge on the first floor. In addition to water (both still and fizzy), soda, and juices, there are snacks throughout the day. There are small continental breakfast options if you don't go to the buffet breakfast, and appetizers and beer and wine at 6 p.m. each evening. We enjoyed cocktails in the lobby bar, too. There was a puano player on Saturday evening. The whole staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and as full-time slow travelers, this hotel was one of our global favorites. Not many photos from our visit, but it was a lovely hotel experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 stars. Highly recommend.

Great location in wlking distance to the amazinc Warsaw Uprising Museum, and well-connected with public transport opportunities to all other parts of the city. The breakfast was solid with the chef cooking omelettes on order as my personal favorite. However the service was the best part of the stay; it was extremely good from day 1, with the checkout experience midday today as particularly memorble - a true 5* level experience. Also shoutout to the housekeeping team who all answered quickly and positively to any and all requests.

I travel a lot for work and this was a real standout hotel, especially when it came to the food. Breakfast had a huge amount of choice and everything I tried was fresh, tasty and well done. The event lunches and coffee breaks were also excellent, with genuinely interesting options rather than the usual predictable hotel conference food. The bedrooms were large, comfortable and well equipped, with great amenities, and the beds were very comfy too, which always makes a big difference. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout, and the hotel itself has a funky, modern style without feeling too forced. The location is also great. It’s in a well-connected area and, if you have time, the Old Town is about a 40-minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend doing it, as it’s a lovely way to see more of the city. Overall, a really strong hotel and one I’d happily return to.
