What a fantastic place in a centre of a Warsaw! We booked for 3 night and I wish I stayed here longer. My daughter slept in the bedroom and we took the sofa bed. So comfortable!! Amenities are fantastic. Everything is clean and spotless. Definitely be back into this place. 100% recommend

Stayed there late-Oct. It was simply amazing. A full fledged apartment with all amenities, in a prime location, and at very affordable price. I am glad I selected this over a hotel; the apartment had 2 spacious rooms, and a great view. The 2 ladies at the reception-office were very polite, helpful and explained everything well. I'd definitely stay there again, and highly recommend this to anyone looking for comfort, peace of mind, cleanliness and a place in the city centre.

One of the worst experiences unfortunately due to poor instructions and thanks to the property manager Taisia, who spoke to me like I am an idiot when she had to go downstairs and open the door to the office building that other reviewers and HERSELF also confirmed that it gets jammed and she often has to ride 7 flights in the elevator to open it for guests, must be very hard. Also as a ukrainian I dont speak russian and please dont assume this is our first language, that assumption from her was wild considering what Ukrainians have to go through. Apartment was average. Tv internet was not working on the 2nd day, coffee pots were all open, chipped plates, cigarette buds on the balcony. Would be nice to have some paper towels.Shower will get the floor vet no matter how hard you try to not splash the water. I stayed at Patronus apartments before this place and they were excellent!

I had a fantastic time at these apartments , I was in apartment 51 on the fourth floor. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained and exactly like the photos. I had no problem checking in , you are sent a detailed of the office to check in with a day or so before you arrive, and they issue a detailed map of your apartment when you check in. The staff were efficient , polite and helpful, I had no issues with noise or anything like that. The flat is well appointed with a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There are plenty of grocery shops nearby . The area seemed safe with plenty of people about during the day and at night. The location suited me, easy to get to and from the airport as its just a ten minute walk from the airport bus stop and handy enough for the train station too. Overall this apartment suited me and I thought it was good value for what you got.
