THIS IS NOT A DESERT EXPERIENCE. We are on a special celebratory trip and choose this camp for its luxury dome tents with stargazing. We're in the middle of the desert and the camp is pumping music at full (excessive) volume. There's no peace, no enjoying the stillness, dark, and quiet that should come with such a beautiful, isolated place. Service and food has been good but the experience is currently not something I'd recommend. Considering the amount we paid, it's upsetting that the atmosphere is more uni pub crawl / schoolies / cheap hostel than the desert oasis it was sold as. Also, there is so much light pollution from the camps that the stargazing is very similar to being in town. This camp is so bright that they shouldn't be mentioning stargazing as an option. Photo is from 11.10pm. So disappointed that our experience here hasn't come close to some of the other reviews, and that our "splurge" on a luxury night in the desert was actually just an expensive waste of time.

We had an exceptional stay at Rum Oasis. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making our experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the camp, combined with the stunning beauty of Wadi Rum, made for an unforgettable visit. If you’re looking for a place with excellent hospitality, clean accommodations, and a memorable desert experience, I highly recommend Rum Oasis. We would definitely stay here again!
I stayed there for a day which included breakfast and dinner. The bubble we stayed in was really nice and clean. The staff were helpful with our luggage and helped us carry them to our bubble. The swimming pool was also clean. The breakfast and dinner were good and the staff were always available to help us if we need anything.
The hospitality's alright, but not everyone on staff is. The room's good, but it's not really "luxurious." They don't give you tips for exploring on your own, so you have to use their team. The food's good, but the restaurant staff isn't professional and doesn't seem to care about the guests.
Our stay at Rum Oasis Luxury Camp in Wadi Rum was truly unforgettable ✨ We celebrated a special birthday here, and the team went above and beyond to make it magical. A heartfelt thank you to Esraa Alkhalaifeh for personally ensuring everything was perfect. The tent was beautifully decorated as a surprise, creating such a warm and joyful moment for us. The service throughout our stay was exceptional — kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. From the luxurious setup to the peaceful desert vibes, every detail made our day feel extra special. We absolutely loved our experience and would highly recommend this camp to anyone looking for a unique and luxurious desert escape. 🌙✨
