Roanoke River Greenway E-bike Rental

Excellent experience. Roanoke Mountain Adventures chose the best Ebikes for my brother and me. We loved the Roanoke River Greenway Trail-it was right by the shop. Trail was beautiful and bikes were easy and fun.

Very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the store too.

Git 2 e-bike rentals for me and my dad for Father’s Day, it’s was awesome! So good, I think he may purchase an e-bike.

RMA is well-situated on the Roanoke Greenway. We visited from out of town and had a great experience with our 2 hour bike rental. Bikes were reasonably priced and clearly well-maintained. Staff were knowledgeable and very helpful in plotting where we could go—we even got recommendations for ice cream along the trail. Booking was a breeze online and we were even able to pick out the bike models we wanted. Overall, we had a great time and would love to do it again.

Excellent service. Very helpful. Extremely easy to deal with.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Bikes were in great working condition. Helmets were like new. Great location right by the trail. Restaurants close by as well. Highly recommend!

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. We rode E-Bikes for the first time and the bikes were awesome and it’s a plus to have the greenway trail right there.

RMA is the best experience in Roanoke! They get my highest possible personal recommendation for all bike/hike/gear needs. They are knowledgable, kind and know the area well.

Great selection of bikes to rent. They helped another biker as she approached off trail. They had an amazing supply of used gear which is what we needed also. We bought trail shoes and some Patagonia shirts. All the staff was super helpful!!

Rented and tested e-bikes from RMA. Very knowledgeable staff and great advice on our needs. These folks know their stuff!

easy check-in and fun greenway ride on well-maintained bikes. the only negative was really uncomfortable bike seats.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Easy route, fair price. Nice setup close access to the trail. Harry was especially helpful - he answered all of our rookie questions!

The Greenway was beautiful and getting around on e-bikes was the way to go! RMA did a great job getting us prepared for our trip, both by familiarizing is with our bikes and the path network. RMA's stable of bikes had a great variety suitable for all ages and experience levels.

RMA delivered outstanding service from start to finish. The two-hour tour through Roanoke was fantastic. I am looking forward to coming back and renting again.

So easy to book and ride. First time in Roanoke. One purpose was to try out an e-Bike for the first time and ride the Greenway. The employees of the store were so helpful in getting us fitted and started. Entire process was so easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

We rented two levels of E-bikes and they were super fun. Staff made sure we knew how to use them, they supplied the lock, the helmets, the bikes and a description of the Green Way.

Excellent location and service at Roanoke Mountain Adventures. Personnel was great and helpful with bike fitting and all rental items.

Great and friendly people who know what they’re doing. First time visit and will certainly be back! Most highly recommended!

Rented a great E bike. Very helpful at getting one that fit me and explain usage. Also made sure I had a helmet. Wonderful service. Said if I was a few minutes late on our 2 hour rental, to not feel rushed. Really appreciated their friendly service!

Excellent service and recommendations for a test "e-bike" for my first experience with this NEW TECHNOLOGY on the Greenway:). Loved my two hour tour and will definitely be back to check out inventory for my purchase!

My family and I rented some e-bikes to go for a ride along the greenway today. Not only were they very helpful and accommodating at finding a bike suitable for my wife but they made sure she was comfortable after her spinal surgery. We rented for 2 hours and had a lovely time and highly recommend coming to this job for any of your outdoors needs. They are professionals and they're passionate about what they do, thank you guys!

Fantastic experience! The staff are very friendly, the price is a reasonable, and they have wide variety of bikes to rent. We wanted an ebike, which they gave us the bike in very good condition. I will definitely go back.
