We just stayed here for a wedding and had a executive suite with balcony which was great to be able to open the door and get fresh air only issue was the traffic noise balcony rooms only face the highway but you can see the city and I think in the distance you could actually see Baltimore. Beds were very comfortable pillows were very puffy so if you like a flatter pillow you may want to bring your own. Staff was very nice there is a little mix-up with the breakfast coupon but the front desk took care of it they were very nice friendly and professional and very helpful with all our needs. We were very pleased with our room and had separate shower, separate tub shower, bathroom sink and sink out in the living area it was a very nice room!

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Super nice and clean. The room is so comfy and makes you feel like your at home. The pool and workout room are super modern and have new equipment. No rusty stuff. Definitely recommend here as a hotel if your staying in Washington.
Flew out to Dulles for a job in Maryland. It was my first time visiting the area. The job ended up not being ready, so I had a whole day to explore. I decided to make my travel day a bit easier and checked out of my Frederick, Maryland hotel for one closer to Dulles. The Westin is well known for its services and the price was outstanding. The hotel was outstanding from the down comforters to the rain shower. Lots of pillows is always nice and they didnt disappoint. The bar and restaurant was convenient and happy hour had lots of options. The food was good and the atmosphere laid back. The front desk was awesome and helped me make a decision Im glad I followed through with. The location to Dulles is hassle free and maybe a 10 minute drive tops. The DC Metro runs the Silver Line all the way up to Dulles with Park and Rides near the hotel.
Took two nights here where $100 per night ( $200 total) was charged on top of the fee and then 8 days later, still no refund of $200 credited back to my card. I tried calling and no one returns your call to explain when or if ever, you’ll get your deposit on top of their fees back. Terrible customer service, and a sneaky way hotels like this one which seem to give an unusually low price through Hotels.com or Super.com, really make it up on the back end by simply keeping the deposit. This hotel is a smoke and mirrors on the outside everything looks great, but digging deeper, you’ll see the issues of cleanliness and customer service lacking. Skip this one.
This is not a hockey friendly hotel. The employees at the front desk and bar were extremely nice and kind. Meghan who manages the contact with hockey teams and the rooms was unkind. She was not easy to work with and continued to upcharge us on the conference room even after we cleaned up after ourselves. She first quoted us $250 for the room and then $350 and finally settling on $500 (she said it was to ensure the room got cleaned but we also had to clean up after ourselves). We placed all of our garbage in garbage bags. We had several parents who reserved suites as well so we could congregate with alcohol. We then used some of those bags to contain our alcohol. After we left they charged us $333 in cleaning fees. They then removed those charges and sent another charge for $500. The rooms were nice but extremely hot. We complained about the rooms being hot (79 degrees). The heat was not fixed until the last evening of a 3 night visit.
