Omni Richmond Hotel

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights for a national conference. Very clean, well maintained rooms. Room was spacious with great view. Very comfortable and well decorated. Liked having a refrigerator stocked with water. Nice pool for a relaxing swim. Had room service delivered and the food was delicious. The young man who delivered the food was professional and courteous. All staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Shuttle service to and from the convention center was efficient and drivers were friendly. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend it to future guests.

I had an incredible stay at the Omni Richmond! Right from the start, the front desk team went above and beyond to make me feel welcome—check-in was seamless, and everyone I spoke with was genuinely friendly and helpful. The highlight of my stay was definitely my room on the 19th floor. The views of the skyline and the river were absolutely breathtaking, especially watching the sunrise over the city. Between the comfortable room, perfect downtown location right by Shockoe Slip, and fantastic service across the board, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'll definitely be back!

The front desk staff were inviting. In particular, the front-staff woman whose name simply began with the letter 'K' was amazing. I had no expectations upon arriving. In return, I was overwhelmed with kindness. This form of hospitality is always incredible, especially when least expected. The room was spectacular. Recommend!

This hotel lets you experience two rooms for the price of one! I got to hear every word of my neighbors' conversations, every opening of a closet or bathroom door, every sneeze. It was like I was right in there with them, all without opening the apparently sound-amplifying adjoining room door! No wonder they charge so much - you get to hear and feel so much more than a normal hotel room.
