Very convenient location to access Tysons Corner or take the metro to DC. Rooms were large and recently renovated. I slept through the night. The gym is adequate with updated LifeFitness equipment (the row machine was out of order). Parking tips. There is self parking available for $22/day. The hotel is attached to the mall. Instead of stopping at the hotel front entrance, where the valet is, enter garage E of Tysons Corner Center and drive up to the 4th level. There is a gated area reserved for Hyatt customers. Get a ticket to get in. Once you are parked, the hotel main lobby is just a short distance (~50 steps) from the parking area.

Came in town to move our son in to college and had a great stay. Service was excellent across all staff, rooms were clean, and had a decent amount of amenities. Can't beat the proximity to the mall and to the metro station. Gym was decent for a hotel and there's an onsite restaurant and bar. But if not interested, there's a whole mall right there. There's a dedicated lot for self-parking (must pay for) but it's connected to both the mall and the hotel lobby. If there was one minor annoyance, is there was no clear place to pull into to check-in. The front area is for valet only and you're not allowed to stop there. But the general mall parking garage is right there and free. It just wasn't apparent and there's no signage that really tells you this. Plus, the lobby is on the third floor so you really can't just leave your car there to run up. But once you're past that, it's a great place to stay in the area.
We really enjoyed our visit in July 2026. The rooms were clean and comfortable for a family of three. Plenty of power for our devices, great smart TV. Proximity to the Tyson Corner Mall was perfect. Close to family and a quick trip to DC. Highly recomend this property.
This hotel is fine. It is a busy area and attached to the mall. NOTE: there is NO POOL as shown on Kayak and Expedia. They took the pool out and some of the booking sites still have old photos. I told the front desk and the check-in personnel acknowledged this and said, “We have told the sales department but they haven’t done anything about it.”
Our recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Tysons Corner Center was truly exceptional and even better than our first visit just a few weeks ago. This trip was especially important as we were in town for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration, with my two sons, grandson, and extended family all attending. Coordinating adjoining rooms on the same floor was critical for us—and I cannot say enough about how well this was handled. General Manager Nerone and her team went above and beyond to ensure all of our requests were met. Not only were we placed on the same floor, but we were also in a beautifully renovated section of the hotel, which was a noticeable upgrade from our previous stay. The updated rooms were modern, fresh, and extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Jerico Bueno and Anne Donovan, who stayed in close communication throughout, welcomed us warmly, and made sure we were fully taken care of—including clearly guiding us on how to use the dedicated Hyatt parking. That level of attentiveness made a real difference. Every member of the staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—was excellent. Service requests were handled promptly, and housekeeping did a great job across all three of our rooms (well deserved tips!).The Bell desk were exceptional And of course, the location is unbeatable. Being directly connected to Tysons Corner Center—the only hotel actually attached to the mall—was the icing on the cake. We are incredibly grateful to GM Nerone and her entire team for making this such a memorable and seamless weekend for our family. We will absolutely be back.
