I had a wonderful two day stay in Room 1008! Virginia at the front desk was exceptional and so caring from the moment I arrived. A special thanks as the housekeeper lady from panama, she kept my room spotless, fresh, and polished every day. Excellent service all around, and I would love to stay here again!
Marcus at the front desk was fantastic throughout our stay! He helped us with several things and consistently went above and beyond with the little details. When it was raining outside, he offered us a poncho, and when my fiancée developed a blister, he even had a Band-Aid ready for her. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that really make a difference. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely happy to help. Marcus is a great example of what excellent hospitality should look like!
Five stars. The rooms are great, the hotel is lovely, and the location is convenient, but I need everyone to understand that I specifically chose to stay here again because I remembered the chicken paillard. Yes. The chicken. The chicken paillard with lemony, peppery arugula, Parmesan, and asparagus has absolutely no business being this good. I am on a work trip and willingly based a hotel decision, at least in part, on a salad-adjacent chicken situation. I regret nothing. Come for the comfortable rooms and great service. Stay because apparently the restaurant can make you emotionally attached to arugula. 10/10. Will book accommodations for poultry again.
This hotel is undoubtedly one of the finest places I've ever experienced. Staying on the top floor offered me breathtaking views, and as I stepped into the elevator, I was greeted by stunning scenery that set the tone for my stay. The accommodations were exceptional, and the breakfast was a true delight. The guest services team was incredibly helpful, making everything even better. Overall, it was an outstanding experience. Plus, their shuttle service to the airport every 20 minutes was a fantastic convenience!
I stayed for a conference. My room was excellent. Very clean and roomy. Lots of attention to detail. Loved eating breakfast at Cinnabar every morning. Although it was not included in the price of my room, it was excellent food. The staff was all kind, helpful and attentive. Shout out to Allen and Virginia at the front desk, and to Hannah, Abal, and Azeb at Cinnabar. Thanks for going above and beyond in the area of customer service. Whenever I come to the area in the future, I plan to stay here.
