Was in Arlington for a funeral at the ANC. Had no problem parking, although it is a tight fit to get to garage from the front of the hotel. The lobby is very small with little seating area. We had a group of 9 staying at the hotel and sometimes had to stand around. There is a signature scent that greets you. I found it nice, but others may have allergies to strong scents. The front desk area is small and not very well lit, but the staff was always very nice and recognized each guest that walked by. The hallways are a bit dark and you could easily hear conversations in rooms through the doors. The room itself was clean but a bit small for two queens. The bed was comfortable and pillows very nice. There was no shampoo in the dispenser, but I do like the fact that it is more sustainable than the little bottles and I love the BeeKind brand. There is water available, but only complimentary to top tier Hyatt guests. For the price of the room I find complimentary water for ALL guests the only option for true hospitality. The breakfast buffet was 25.00, but I found the presentation nice, quality options, and there was a really nice chef at the omlet station. The bar food was just okay. The wings were good, but the Margherita was mostly a darker red sauce and little fresh tomatoes or mozzarella. The bartender was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is closed during the lunch hours so you will have to walk somewhere nearby to eat, and the coffee bar is not open on the weekends. The hotel is very close to the metro which makes it easy to get around without a vehicle. Overall a nice experience considering the hotel is older and smaller than the newer ones in the area and a bit more pricier.

The hotel was great overall. It was reasonably priced and my room had a great view of the city! It’s close to many restaurants and stores, and it’s next to a metro station for easy access to Washington. The location is great, but the rooms aren’t that good. They’re old and the shower was dirty. The TV had a lot of channels but the chrome cast didn’t work. The parking was expensive but acceptable for the location.
I keep coming back as it's the most convenient if you are based in Rosslyn area. Staff are lovely, breakfast is great (though I am surprised there is no salad whatsoever, like cucumber or tomatoes) and location is great, you are literally 3 minutes away from Metro and 20 seconds from bus stop A58 (for those heading to Georgetown and want to skip the walk).
Overall a pleasant stay! Christopher was very friendly and helpful at check-in, making sure we were aware of all the amenities. The location was also very close to the Rosslyn metro station, making it easy to travel into DC. I’m docking a star for just two things. First, we booked a single King room, but was given a Two Queen room instead. This is very minor and having two beds instead of one larger one didn’t impact our stay. However, the second (major) reason is that the air conditioning didn’t work in our room. The AC control panel was set at 64 degrees when we arrived and we tried tinkering with it several times during our stay, but the temperature never went below 74 degrees. Thankfully that was still a reasonable room temperature, but we’d hope a 4-star hotel had working AC. Nonetheless, we were only staying for one night and everything else about our stay was very good! We’d return.
I only had one overnight stay but it was great. The only drawback was a musty odor in the room but it didn’t bother me much as I was there just one night. I had an early AM flight so can’t comment on breakfast. Mahmut was so kind and really goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. I was upgraded to a top floor room with a view of the city and river. I don’t recall his name but the gentleman bartender was also wonderful. There is a convenient underground parking garage and the hotel has easy metro access. The location is great as it was a pleasant walk across the key bridge into Georgetown for dinner. It’s also less than a 10 min drive to DCA airport. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
