Crystal City Marriott At Reagan National Airport

Avoid! They stayed open during major construction. Their posted night time quiet hours had about fifty construction workers banging / drilling / using heavy machinery throughout the lobby and hotel floors where guests were staying. It rattled through the walls and woke us up. The lounge was closed due to construction and they offered no breakfast or free water which is standard for our reward level. Everyone was in hardhats and we had to walk beneath and through cranes and heavy equipment to get to our room. There was a heavy smell of construction dust. All of these hazards made the conditions unsafe for guests and poor air quality for long exposures. They offered us nothing for this horrible experience. They should be closed during construction because it's a huge liability and will hurt a guest or worse

While the renovations are on to get this Hotel to the AC level, the staff are outstanding and make sure we had a great stay. Rehna, our hostess at the morning breakfast was wonderful. Her style of hospitality was amazing. She made sure she communicated with all the guests with a beautiful pleasant smile. Even the staff at the check in including the Manager was very easy to deal with. Thank you to this Marriott team!

I stay here often for work. The staff is courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is comfortable. Nothing more I can ask for. I choose to stay at this location over the gateway Marriott which is closer to the office because of the staff. I typically have breakfast every morning at the hotel and I always see Herbert. We always chat and it feels like I'm spending the night with family. I'll continue to stay here as often as I can. I only gave the room 4 stars because the traffic can be hurt in the room at night and the A. Unit can be loud. Not enough to deter me from staying because the bed is so comfortable I actually sleep better here then at home.

In the words of my family: "Solid 4 Stars!" The rooms and lounges are super spacious and newly renovated. Common areas are clean, and the view is great if you get one of the high floor rooms. There are sounds of cars zipping by, but they provided a sound machine to muffle the noise. I found the gym to be a bit small, though, but in all fairness, I am used to going to Lifetime Fitness every day, which, in comparison, isn't fair at all.
