We're in 2026 and they dont even have one version of a lactose free or vegan milk for coffee. Bad service. Extremely low vibes and energy in this place. It feels like a ghost place, unfortunately. I found so many places dirty - from the Sunset Lounge restaurant, to the spa. Not well taken care of. The prices in their Spa restaurant are insane, & the food is not that good. The staff honestly I found very cold & not very helpful. I do not recommend this place.

Friendly and polite staff + the resort offers a good variety of activities. Unfortunately, the room smelled really bad, were slightly dirty, and the entire resort felt poorly maintained. The surrounding area was also neglected. The French restaurant was average at best (6/10), and many extras were ridiculously overpriced: €5 for a small pack of Pringles, €6 for room service delivery, and even extra charges for room/spa slippers. These prices might be acceptable at a well maintained resort, but not at one where basic upkeep is clearly lacking. Overall, I expected much better from a 4 start resort.
Very spacious room although quite dated. Absolutely wonderful view and a very comfortable bed! The bathroom was huge but probably needs some maintenance. One lamp was not working, the shower was really dark and appeared unclean (did not use it because of this). The bathtub had an old shower curtain. The fan was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think. Overall it just felt worn and dated. Bathrob was provided but no slippers. Did not go to the spa area. Breakfast was okay, great variety and things to choose from. The juices were pretty bad (obviously from cheap concentrate). The stay was comfortable and the surroundings very nice. If the room, especially the bathroom, was updated it would be fantastic.
We went there with a group of people and chose their offer which includes Only Vitality spa, salt room and 4 course dinner , costs 79€ (discounted). First there was no enough lockers for people everyone left without lockers, spa receptionists rejected to change the towel, spa was full no space to move.l people pay money the hotel should monitor this and dont sell extra if there is no space. Moving to restaurants we had 4 course dinner in asian restaurant.1 soup (like in the hospital ), 2 sushi with old rice very dry and not tasty at all, 3, chicken teriyaki ( okaish) 4. 1 scoop ice cream tastes like shit. Restaurant is like valgikla. I ll give this hotel 2 stars. Its old service is very low doesn’t worth the money at all.
Neglected, overpriced with visible cost cutting everywhere. I rarely write negative reviews, but this stay was genuinely disappointing. The main building feels extremely outdated and poorly maintained. Carpets are literally worn through, furniture is tired, and the wooden floors in the main restaurant look like they haven’t been refreshed since the place opened. There is a general sense of neglect rather than natural aging. We stayed in a “deluxe” room in the spa zone for 177€, which is simply not justified. Yes, the room was spacious, but it was not properly cleaned, had an unpleasant smell, visible limescale in the bathroom, and even a moth flying inside. The design feels like something from the 90s, which is strange given that this part of the building is relatively new. Also, providing just two coffee capsules at this price point feels unnecessarily stingy. The spa area was another letdown. Cleanliness is questionable, the clock wasn’t working, and the loungers are visibly worn out. The overall impression is that cost-cutting is happening everywhere, and basic maintenance is missing. Service does not match the level the hotel is trying to position itself at. Staff seemed untrained and not aligned with what you would expect from a resort of this category. Overall, this place might have had potential years ago, but today it feels neglected and overpriced for what you get. I would not return.
