This Hotel chain is very satisfactory with very good service. Situating in the middle of Chişinău you can get almost anywhere within a short walk. The breakfast is very amazing g with a wide selection of different food & the staff is very helpful. There was only one thing I did not understand.. U have to pay extra money for the spa in a 4-star hotel? And....it is not so cheap!
Overall stay was very plesant and the service was outstanding. The room was comfortable and I could overlook the old town with stunning view which made the stay even more enjoyable. No complaint for the bed and shower but just one thing I felt quite inconvenient in the room was the bathroom door, it kept closing and I needed to use a chair to hold the door for easier access. The hotel has their own car park but the staff would also recommend you to park in front of the casino and the price would be cheaper. After parking at the casino you could enter the building and there was a lift going up to the 1st floor so you could take your luggages easily from the casino car park to the hotel lobby. There was no signage but still manageable to find. This hotel is also quite popular for large tour so it may take some time if you crash the check in time with the groups. The Skybar was also another highlight of the stay. The place was spacious overlooking the city with amazing view plus their excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Vilnius.
The hotel was good. Exactly what I expected from Radisson Blu hotel. Not the newest interior in the room but old. Average service. Everything functions well. The views are stunning and the rooftop bar is amazing! It has fair value for money. The breakfast was outstanding. I would come back. I gave 3 stars because it was just as expected but nothing extra. And booking customer service isn’t great to be honest. It was hard to reach the hotel by phone or online, eventually we managed to do that and we requested our preferred bed layout preference as it was the main criteria for us in choosing a hotel, which they confirmed on the phone that it can be given and if not, it wouldn’t really be a problem as they’d offer a free upgrade (if our requested layout is unavailable) At check-in, they ended up giving a free upgrade but only after some time in some HEAVY and LENGTHY upselling attempts which I explicitly said I’m not interested in and I’m totally OK with my room category with the layout I booked.
Good location with a shopping mall very close by, and the hotel looks modern and clean. However, the service experience was disappointing. Check-in took around 15–20 minutes because only one person was working at reception. At 7:50 in the morning there was loud music either from neighbors or outside, and security did not really help or investigate properly. Later around 8:20 AM there was also a lot of noise from the street and construction work, making it impossible to rest peacefully. Another inconvenience was that after 10 PM there was no housekeeping available to bring basic amenities like a dental kit, which was not provided in the room. Reception said they were too busy and asked me to come downstairs to pick it up myself. Small things like this affect the guest experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I especially liked the bathroom — the shower area was large, modern, and very well designed. The gym is spacious and well equipped, the spa is modern and relaxing, and there are several restaurants inside the hotel, which is very convenient. The rooftop bar has a beautiful atmosphere, but the service there was extremely slow even though the place was not full.
Stayed at the Radisson Blu in Lithuania and overall had a great experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to move around and see the main sights. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel comfortable from the start. A standout feature is definitely the Sky Bar — the views are impressive and it’s a perfect spot to relax in the evening. Breakfast exceeded expectations as well, with a generous selection of both hot and cold dishes, plus fresh bread and juices that were particularly enjoyable. Live kitchen on egg recipes is well organised. The room was spacious, clean, and well-designed, with effective air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept really well each night. However, housekeeping could be more attentive. We did notice lipstick stains on a coffee mug, which was a bit disappointing and not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. Despite that minor issue, it was a very enjoyable stay overall.
