I would like to express our deepest appreciation to Marius and Rasa from the reception team at Park Inn by Radisson Vilnius Airport. We arrived in Vilnius on August 18 and needed accommodation for just one night before our flight on August 19. Unfortunately, Vilnius was extremely busy that evening, and finding an available hotel room seemed almost impossible. We were exhausted, lost, and genuinely unsure of what to do. Although Park Inn by Radisson Vilnius Airport was fully booked and we could not even stay at their hotel, Marius and Rasa went above and beyond to help us. They helped us find another place to stay, arranged a taxi for us, and made sure we were not left alone trying to figure everything out in an unfamiliar city. What touched us most was that they did all of this without any obligation to do so. We were not their guests, yet they treated us with the care, attention, and kindness you would hope to receive from the very best hospitality professionals. This is what truly exceptional hospitality looks like. Marius and Rasa did not simply do their jobs — they showed genuine humanity when we needed it most. Employees like them are an incredible asset to Park Inn by Radisson. Their professionalism, kindness, empathy, and willingness to go the extra mile deserve special recognition. Marius and Rasa, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We will remember your kindness for a very long time. We arrived late at night after a very long day of travelling, and did not expect such a friendly and attentive reception at that hour. Marius gave us the warmest welcome. :) The hotel itself was very pleasant and the bed was comfortable. The location is also perfect for anyone with an early flight, as it is walking distance to the airport.

I had an excellent stay at the Radisson hotel near Vilnius Airport. The location is perfect, especially for travelers with early or late flights. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thank you to Marius for the outstanding service. He was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. His warm hospitality and attention to detail made a real difference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vilnius, and I look forward to staying here again!
Clean newish place, spacious room, but so many small problems. Heater didn't work so in the morning I told the front desk and also told them I don't need housekeeping cleaning (since I left the DND off the door so maintenance could get in). Later when I returned, the heater still wasn't working and the bed made up. Everything else below I can deal with but broken heater when it's so cold outside, not really. Lotion dispenser was totally out and not checked by housekeeping. The safe was left open in locked mode so when I touched it, it would display "ERROR" and beep for 30 seconds. Walls are really thin so voices and TV come right through and somehow the floors seem designed to amplify everyone's footsteps, really annoying. On the TV, when I selected Chromecast, it would just display HDMI2. Turns out the Chromecast device was connected to HDMI3. And the TV is so securely mounted to the wall it was extremely difficult to access the HDMI ports to connect my device. There are 2 elevators but with separate buttons - so if you want the fastest elevator, you have to press a button on both elevators. No fridge in room. I thought it would be closer to the airport but it's about a 10 minute uncovered walk, lucky I didn't come a few days later when it rained. Breakfast was very good. And I forgot I signed up for a free drink if you waive housekeeping. I signed up before I checked in but got the confirmation after I had already checked out. What? And the half glass on the shower is annoying and no way to keep the water from splashing out to the rest of the bathroom.
