Such a splendid hotel with amazing staff and perfect restaurant! I slept there on three occasions already and this is really one of the best hotels in Vilnius, in my opinion. The prices are totally acceptable and even low for the high standard of the place. It's amazing.
Great hotel in the center of Vilnius with a very good restaurant and a rooftop bar. Basement parking is available. We staid in a suite the night before our wedding and everything was 100% and could have our puppy with us. And little extra efforts from the hotel service made the stay even better.
What a lovely hotel! This 100 year old beauty has been stylishly renovated in keeping with the original style, adding all modern comfort, and they really thought of everything. The location is great close to old town and near public transportation, surrounded with shops, cafés and restaurants. It also has its own restaurant, lobby bar and a nice rooftop bar with a great view. The breakfast was very good, everything you could desire to start the day happily with a full stomach. We absolutely loved our stay!
Right next to old town, spacious rooms, very dog friendly, allows dog to breakfast area too . The best thing in this hotel is the amazing reception staff. They are so welcoming and jovial - words cant express how they greeted us and throughout the stay there. They genuinely care for dogs and even gave us a dog bed. Bowl and even a dog chocolate. Nothing to complain about
I stayed here for work and had a genuinely excellent experience. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional, with a strong sense of service that honestly reminded me of the level of care you often find in Japan. It made the whole stay feel very welcoming and comfortable. My room was very clean, spacious, and quiet, which made it perfect for resting after long workdays. I also appreciated their flexibility with food deliveries: when I ordered from Bolt Food, they kindly offered to have it delivered directly to my room, which was really convenient. I had the chance to try the gym as well, and it was surprisingly well equipped, honestly better than some public gyms I’ve used before. Overall, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I didn’t try the breakfast this time, but everything else was excellent. I will definitely come back for future professional trips if I can.
