The hotel looks quite old and run-down, especially the buildings and the small, cramped staircases. The rooms and common areas could use some renovation. One plus is that the WiFi has a password, so it is not easy for exploiters to access. The location is mixed. It gives you fairly easy access to places around Vilnius, but there is a lot of noise from passing cars. The view outside is also not very attractive and can feel depressing and boring. However, the outdoor area is nice, especially the pond with fish, which creates a much more pleasant atmosphere. Overall, this is not the best hotel for a long stay, and I would not recommend spending two weeks or more here. However, it is suitable for a temporary vacation stay of a few days, especially when your main priority is exploring Vilnius rather than spending much time at the hotel. It provides convenient access to places outside, so I would recommend it for a short sightseeing trip.

Such a disappointing experience, I didn't read the actual reviews before booking. Place is really old, looks amazing from the outside but once you're inside it's soo old. There was no elevator so imagine going up the stairs with a big luggage. The front desk actually offered assistance but still 4 star hotel with no elevator is bad. Rooms were really old, noisy fridge, toilets were also old and miserable. I also slipped on the tub while showering so be careful. Wouldn't visit again and I'll start reading actual reviews going forward.
The hotel itself is 4 ⭐️ but the quality and service is 3 ⭐️. My door was tried to be opened by another guest while l was sleeping at 2 am. Therefore l had to put my luggage and luggage table in front of the door in order to keep muself safe in the room. It was not fault of the guest but the hotel. Because the hotel sold the same room to two different people one of them was me. I requested a double room via agoda but they gave me 2 single bed room. I paid my room as all fees and taxes included but the hotel requestes me city tax. As l mentioned ; It is a 4 ⭐️ hotel , but the quality and service is 3 star ⭐️ hotel standard. They do not provide even a disposable slipper.
I stayed at this hotel recently, and unfortunately my experience did not meet the standards expected from a 4-star property. The only positives I can mention are the convenient location near the city centre and the free Wi-Fi, which worked well throughout my stay. However, the room I was assigned had several issues that made my stay quite uncomfortable. The wardrobe was extremely narrow (around 35 cm), barely enough to hang a single jacket. The furniture looked old and neglected, and when I wiped the desk with a damp tissue, it turned dark from accumulated dirt. The bed was very uncomfortable and caused noticeable back pain after a night’s sleep. Additionally, the duvet and towels both had an unpleasant smell, which gave a poor impression of cleanliness. The room was cold at night, and the bathroom had no heating, making it uncomfortable to use in the morning. After my stay, I posted a negative review on the booking web site to reflect this experience. Shortly after, the hotel contacted me, offering a refund if I removed the review. I agreed, but that refund never arrived. This may help explain why most reviews for this property appear positive. Overall, the quality and maintenance of the room were far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. With proper cleaning, upkeep, and transparent management practices, the property could provide a much more reliable guest experience.
This is a great boutique hotel. It has a great location to the old town, everything is about ten minutes away. It’s a 25 minute walk from the train station but it’s an easy walk. The room I had was small, for one person. Twin size bed with ensuite washroom. It had everything you need. Towels, soap, coffee maker, fridge, safe. Everything. Water pressure is good and the bed and pillow are so comfortable. Also there is a nice little sauna and pool if you want to swim, they charge you €15 to use it which is odd but hey you have to pay to use public toilets in Europe so what do you expect! I highly recommend this place!
