A flawless boutique experience! Hotel PACAI is absolutely stunning, seamlessly blending historic charm with modern design. The service was top-notch from start to finish—attentive, warm, and highly professional. To top it all off, the restaurant is fabulous; every dish was a highlight. Highly recommend staying here if you want a perfect, high-end boutique experience.
Being met by staff in the courtyard upon arrival, was the first indication this this is a hotel that cares about the guest experience. High service levels continues throughout my stay. Room was unique, yet comfortable, breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the location made it easy to access most of the sights I wanted to see. A+
Beautiful hotel with spectacular architecture and incredibly comfortable rooms. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. The restaurant was also excellent, offering delicious food and a great variety of options. I definitely hope to come back soon. Highly recommended!
I had a very enjoyable stay at Pacai Hotel Vilnius overall, with some standout highlights as well as a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast was excellent—high quality, well-prepared, and a great way to start the day. The restaurant staff truly made a lasting impression, especially Emilis. You can immediately see that he genuinely loves what he does, and it shows in his attention to detail and warm, professional service. He delivers a true five-star experience, making guests feel welcome, valued, and well taken care of. However, the reception experience did not quite meet the same standard. The staff could benefit from additional training, as the level of service felt below what one would expect from a five-star hotel. Interactions were not always as polite, attentive, or friendly as they should be. The bellboys were very friendly and professional though! Housekeeping was generally fine, but there were small details that were overlooked. For example, refilling water in the coffee machine is a basic expectation in a hotel of this caliber, and this was not done. In summary, while there are some excellent elements—particularly the restaurant service—there is room for improvement in consistency across all departments to truly match a five-star standard.
