Holiday Inn Vilnius By Ihg

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I truly felt at home, a rare and wonderful feeling when traveling. The level of comfort is top-notch; the room was incredibly clean, and I especially loved the very nice, American-size bed, which was perfect. The location is excellent, placing you close to everything. However, the absolute highlight of my stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They truly made my trip special. I'd like to give a huge, personal thank you to Veronika at reception for her warmth and efficient help. I also must mention Saulius at the bar for his great service and friendly demeanor. A final thank you goes to the manager, Indre, who leads such a stellar team and ensures a great guest experience. The food was fantastic and we really appreciated all the information they provided and their help with booking many things outside the hotel. Good location and the room was fresh and clean. The bathroom had very good lighting, spacious, plenty of surface to put your things. Only negative was the semi see-through window facing the bed. Love that the hairdryer was of good quality, and the Dove products. The bed was comfortable and the clearly marked light switches were such a good detail. I did not have breakfast because I left too early but during check-in I was asked when I was leaving and they provided me with a very nice breakfast box the next morning. I love the fact that I didn't have to ask for it, they made sure I had breakfast. The staff was lovely, polite and service-minded. My room was facing the street and it was very noisy the whole night. I was woken up several times by loud cars and motorcycles. I guess that is the really only negative thing I can think of. I would be more than happy to return to this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay in the hotel, and the staff was super kind to have a nice surprise for my family member who was having a birthday. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn IHG in Vilnius. The hotel has a great location, making it easy to explore the city and reach the main attractions. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Most importantly, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
