Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius City Centre

The hotel claims to be eco-friendly, but in reality, it just uses environmentalism to cut basic service costs. When you pay over 100 euros for a night, you expect a certain level of hospitality. Instead, the hotel is unable to provide even a single bottle of water in the room. Guests are expected to go to a "special water point" to fill it themselves, which is labeled as an ecological solution.If management truly cared about the planet—and not just their own profit margins—a full carafe of fresh water would be waiting in the room upon check-in. Forcing paying customers to wander around the hotel searching for water at this price point is simply poor customer service, not sustainability. I do not recommend this place if you expect a standard that matches the price.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius and particularly appreciated the quality of the service and the convenient location. The breakfast was generous, fresh, and varied, offering a wide selection of both sweet and savoury options. I stayed in a Queen Room, which I found somewhat too narrow for a truly comfortable stay, although it was thoughtfully equipped with all the essential amenities and comforts one would expect from a hotel of this standard. The hotel is conveniently situated within easy reach of Vilnius Old Town, making it an excellent base for exploring the city on foot. Above all, I would like to compliment the staff. They were exceptionally kind, attentive, and, most importantly, genuinely proactive. They were always available with a level of courtesy and professionalism that made a real difference to the stay. I would recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Vilnius to anyone looking for a well-located hotel and a welcoming atmosphere.

I stayed here for one night with my friend and had a wonderful experience. A special thank you to Gabriela at the reception for such a warm and friendly welcome. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. The rooftop offers a beautiful view and is definitely worth visiting. The restaurant staff were always smiling and welcoming our waitress was Anastasija wonderful girl. A special thanks to Muhamed for preparing a delicious dinner for us. Thank you to the whole team – we would happily stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay at this Hilton hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided us all the information needed. The room was very good size, super clean, very comfortable and completely insulated from outside. The room was equipped with everything you need for the shower, coffee, tea , water and many other things. We used the bar for some drinks and we had breakfast in the morning. The drinks and the food were excellent and well delivered. A private parking is also provided if needed. Top quality hotel!
