WARNING There is not a proper bathroom. It is merely a thin piece of glass that will allow light, sound and smell in to the bedroom. The door doesn’t even close entirely. If someone uses the bathroom at night it will illuminate the entire room. You will NOT have privacy. Very poorly designed and surprising this was allowed to be implemented. The bathroom also lacks any sort of design sense, no place to put towels or toiletries. Makes for a very uncomfortable stay.

As a Marriott Bonvoy Status Member, my stay at this property was deeply disappointing. Service & Staff: Unorganized arrival with zero crowd management in the lobby. Front desk staff was exceptionally rude and welcoming-free ("Passport!"). Attitude shifted slightly only after recognizing my status. When Housekeeping accidentally removed my personal cutlery, the front desk falsely accused me of stealing hotel property instead of assisting. Rooms & Maintenance: Bathroom lacks towel hooks/racks (forces unnecessary daily washing). Following a nosebleed, Housekeeping swapped the pillowcase but left the stained pillow underneath uncleaned. Wardrobe doors rattled, and recurring loud pipe/pounding noises kept echoing in the room. Breakfast & Hygiene: Extremely chaotic and cramped (chairs touching back-to-back). Pigeons ate directly off my plate in the outdoor area with no staff intervention. Full, untouched plates and drinks were cleared while briefly stepping away. Loud vacuuming started right at the 10:00 AM buffet closure. Location & Infrastructure: Misleadingly advertised as "City Center" (bus runs 1x/hour, zero service on weekends). Construction and heavy vehicle traffic directly outside the entrance. Unstable WiFi and app glitches. To make matters worse, Marriott's online customer support forms/emails failed repeatedly. Definitely not up to brand standards.
EDIT: Changing my original review from 3 stars to 5 stars due to how the staff handled the situation after the fact. After I submitted feedback to Mariott, the property reached out and offered to refund the parking fee overage. I received the refund as a wire transfer about a week later. Raminta, the Front Office Manager, was very helpful and accomodating via email and helped sort the whole issue out. First off, I have to preface my review by saying that overall my stay was very pleasant, the staff were friendly, and the room quality was excellent. If I had to give the room a rating on its own, it would be 5/5. My main issue is with the parking situation onsite and how a problem I had was handled. I arrived at the hotel a few hours before check in & parked in the underground parking garage adjoining the hotel. I did not take note of the parking price, since I assumed it would be handled at check in. At any rate, I ended up parking for around 28 hours and needed to remove the car to drive someplace. That's when I was met with a bill at the pay station for 72€ (2,80€/hour). I went upstairs to speak with reception about the parking price and they informed me that flat rate parking was 20€ per day, but since I did not request it at check in I would be responsible for paying the balance. This is where I am a little annoyed. When I checked in, no one asked whether I had a vehicle or needed to prepay for parking. While I share some of the responsibility here, I was tired after a full day of travel and it was not the first thing on my mind. At all the other hotels I've stayed at that offered on-site parking, I was asked explicitly if I had a vehicle/needed to pay for parking. While the staff were nice, they didn't really make any effort to resolve the issue. At the end of the 3 day stay, I ended up paying around 100€ for parking, which is absolutely exorbitant. Overall, quite disappointed in that aspect of the experience.
First, the location : excellent as we could walk everywhere and had many options for restaurants or grocery stores nearby. Also close to the old town. Then, the smell, which is difficult to explain, but the smell inside of the hotel is so good. I don't know how they spread that scent, but it captivates you. And finally, the service , as everybody is nice and attentive to you. A very good and clean hotel.
Had an enjoyable weekend break here. Hotel is very close to main sights and easily walkable. Reception, bar and restaurant areas are bright spacious and inviting. They even have a small shop area to buy soft drinks, sweets crisps if you want. There is a nice seating area where you can have just a coffee. The breakfast was very good with ample choice of foods. We had an evening meal there and that was also very good. The bedroom was spacious, plenty of light with a TV and fridge. The bed was nice and comfortable. We also had a walk in shower and there was a hairdryer and also an iron and board if you needed it. I believe there was a gym which we did not use. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit Vilnius again for the good service and friendly atmosphere.
