Best Western Vilnius

Do not stay at this hotel! We arrived at the hotel late at night as planned and informed, only to find that our room was in complete chaos. We went back to the front desk. We got another room, but on that room the air conditioning didn't work despite the hot weather, and there weren't even any towels. We had to deal with all of this at night when we just wanted to go to sleep. The rooms smelled unpleasant, the beds were uncomfortable, and the entire hotel looked worn out and shabby. I didnt sleep at all. The next day, we decided to book another hotel instead. The hotel was nothing that has promised. I expected much better from a well-known hotel chain, but this was a huge disappointment. This hotel is definitely not worthy of a four-star rating. I cannot recommend it to anyone.

This was my second visit in Vilnius and this hotel, my first visit at Best Western Vilnius was great and the second was also great. Friendly staff, nice fresh room, excellent location in Vilnius. The breakfast was really good also. If i must point out something? Well, I was missing pancakes at breakfast, but I was satisfied anyway :-)

Location is relatively good but for sure you can find better options at more central location. Regardless, the personal specially this red hair Monika seems like is more interested on smoking rather than helping clients. Plus, she is rude. Not coming back again.

Positive things -1. location is very good. Its close to old town. Next to it is shopping mall with a lot of restaurants and caffes. 2. Rooms are quit big. Bathroom has a bath. 3. Breakfast is alright with wide chose. 4. There is a kettle in the room + tea and coffee. 5. Staff is nice and helpful. Small negative things - 1. My room was located in last floor (7th floor) and far away from lift. However, I could hear the lift starting to work everytime someone pressed the lift button. This was disturbing the sleep early in the morning. 2. The hotel has a sauna and small pool. In the reception they informed me that I can use pool and sauna. I wanted to use pool, however water in it was so cold, that my body went into shock. If the purpose of this pool is to only go in it after the sauna, then receptionist must inform the guests, that pool is not heated.
