I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM after a 12-hour journey and asked if early check-in was possible. I was told that all rooms were occupied, which I completely understood since check-out is at 12:00 PM. I completed my check-in, left my luggage, and was told to come back at 3:00 PM. What shocked me was that when I returned at exactly 3:00 PM, my room was still not ready. I was simply told to wait longer. This is unacceptable. If check-out is at 12:00 PM and check-in starts at 3:00 PM, the room should already be prepared by then. I had already checked in at 11:00 AM, so I expected to be given priority as soon as a room became available, especially after waiting around the hotel for hours. Their explanation was that they only had two housekeeping staff. While I understand that staffing issues can happen, that is an internal management problem and should not affect paying guests. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has managed to provide early check-in whenever a room became available, but this hotel couldn’t even have my room ready by the official check-in time. To make matters worse, I wasn’t satisfied with the receptionist’s attitude. She seemed a bit cold and not very welcoming. A little more friendliness would have made a big difference, especially after the delay. It genuinely felt like they were doing me a favor by giving me a room that I had already paid for. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment.

A boutique hotel in a historic building with a modern design in the center of the old town and close to everything of interest. I arrived in the city for my birthday and mentioned it when booking and the hotel staff, who were nice and welcoming throughout my stay, took me into consideration and upgraded my room to a higher level, to a spacious room with a nice view of the historic street but very quiet. Everything feels relatively new and of high quality and you even get 2 pastries as a welcome gift. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had many quality toiletries and everything you need for someone who forgot something at home. The room was cleaned and tidied every day, breakfast is served in the beautiful and historic basement, the variety is limited but very high quality and I enjoyed it very much. In short, I really recommend the hotel to anyone who comes to travel in Vilnius
The hotel is beautifully designed and has a stylish, modern atmosphere. Unfortunately, my overall experience did not live up to the premium price the hotel charges. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the problem professionally, the manager behaved rudely and made accusations toward me, which was both unnecessary and unpleasant. There are also some design flaws worth mentioning. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall with no effective way to provide privacy. In addition, the bathroom lights turn on automatically, which can be very disruptive at night when one partner uses the bathroom while the other is trying to sleep. Cleanliness and maintenance were below the standard I would expect from a hotel in this price range. This was particularly noticeable in the shower area, and overall it seemed that the property is not being maintained to a sufficiently high standard. The breakfast was also inconsistent. At different times, various items were unavailable and not replenished promptly, which created a disappointing experience. Overall, while the hotel looks impressive, it was one of the more expensive hotels in Vilnius and, in my opinion, does not provide value that justifies its price. I expected a much higher level of service, maintenance, and attention to detail. e.g - the hotel response to my review includes several lies and untrue information.
Very comfortable and spacious rooms and amazing location right in the middle all downtown old town activities and incredibly good service. Breakfast is definitely worth the money! We were staying for two nights and we upgraded to a business room. Rooms are almost newly constructed with heated floors for the bathroom and high-quality shower. I highly recommend this place.
When I first walked into the room, I was amazed on how clean and well kept this room was. The bed is comfy, the shower is amazing, and the location perfect. I have stayed in a lot of hotels before and would choose this one again in a heartbeat. It’s also very quiet and on a small cobblestone street.
