How is this a 4 star hotel? Breakfast is the most plain ever, I’d not even call that a breakfast. The door to my room was not opening properly with the key and struggled every time on entrance. Wifi not really usable. There is no proper lounge area at the reception. The list goes on… This should be a 2-star hotel instead of 4.

Hotel selected by Camino ways. Unfortunately an interior room with no view but thats the agents fault. Hotel service excellent and most comfortable bed on the Camino so far(but thats not saying much)

Very, very well-located, fantastic breakfast on the rooftop with a view in the bay, overwhelming service. Nothing to be criticized.

The room was bright, large and clean. Staff at front desk were eager to help and provide assistance. Only downside was street noise: not from traffic but from party people at sidewalk cafes. We were awakened many times early on Sunday morning by loud conversations then restaurant staff cleaning up and moving tables, even while we wore earplugs. Noise didn't stop until maybe 600 AM.
