This was my first tour in Vienna in November, I remember the guide was very informative but went into so much detailed historical information that we got bored and left the tour earlier than planned.

It is a great way to learn about Vienna from an experienced guide. We saw lots of interesting places and learnt a lot of Austrian history. Volker was great source of knowledge.
Interesting and informative. So glad we had the chance to do a tour. Our tour guide had so much history to share with us. She was inclusive and tailored the tour to suit all of us.
Ana was a brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable guide with lots of anecdotes to bring the history to life. Would recommend
Nicole was knowledgeable, interesting, passionate, and managed to combine educational with enjoyable. She pitched her information at just the right level. She covered the main places and sites in the centre of Vienna in the right amount of detail for a two-hour tour, and she also pointed to others we might want to follow up on, on our own (and we did).
Really great tour. We were lucky enough to get a private tour as the other people didn’t show up. Thank you to our guide Janka for taking us around, she was really knowledgeable about the history of Vienna and told us loads of fun little stories. She also answered all of my questions (Hope I didn’t bombarded her with too many haha). Highly recommend this tour, 2hrs was the perfect length with a good balance between walking and pausing to look at something.
Terrible, we got thee one hour earlier could not find the address, text the tour person never got a respond, lost the money we paid and worse we liose our time !!
we had a great start to our vacation at Vienna with the walking tour. Elmo was our guide and partner for the activity; he brought in a lot of energy and enthusiasm to the day. The tour helped us understand the history of Vienna and also gave us a great appreciation of the culture which binds the city together. I always believe that one has to get culture of a city through the eyes of the locals to appreciate it better- Elomo was perfect here, gave us great anecdotes from the history and made the tour lot of fun Many thanks , its a must do tour if you are visiting Vienna for the first time
Our guide, Nicole, was so interesting. Her knowledge of Vienna was great, from the history right through to where we might best eat Sacher Torte. She was very engaged in the tour, chatting comfortably in English and the 2 hours just flew by. We highly recommend a tour with Nicole
Janka is a great guide. Knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Not our tirst time in Vienna , but this was a great way to reaquaint ourselves. We would highly recommend this tour.
Nicole was a lovely tour guide and loved sharing her passion about the city! I got to learn a bit about the history, local life, and some of the good food options around the city.
This walking tour is a perfect way to explore Vienna and to see iconic landmarks such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral and the Hofburg Palace. The guide was entertaining
What a fantastic tour of the City of Music, Vienna! The history and architecture of the Hofburg Palace and St. Stephen's Cathedral offered an exceptional learning experience. Everything from the State Opera to the Spanish Riding School had a story so well-narrated by our guide!
My wife and I enjoyed the tour immensely. Our guide Martina was knowledgeable, friendly, punctual, and made every effort to keep us cool on a very hot day. She shared many interesting facts about the beautiful city and architecture, and her knowledge of the history of Vienna was amazing. We would definitely recommend and this tour to friends and family. Only two of us (my husband and I) had signed up at that time slot so it was an intimate tour. Anna was an absolutely wonderful tour guide: extremely knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to talk to that she would gently steer us back to the tour so we could see everything. We could have stayed with her all day. Anyone who gets a tour with Anna is very fortunate!
We have enjoyed the tour , our guide Robert knew the city well and took us to several important sites and explained the history well. Highly recommended tour!
This is my first visit to Vienna. The area within the road that rings the centre is compact and full of grand historic buildings. Many of the attractions are within close proximity so it was easy to walk with our guide to a museum, a cathedral or the Hofburg palace, and walk back to the center for lunch or dinner. The opera theatre is also just about 5 minutes away, which is also very convenient. I must mention here, our tour guide - Russel, advised us to walk around the surrounding parks and streets. We really enjoyed our day in Vienna. We spent most of the time walking around all the little streets around the city centre. Each street had its own unique and interesting shops to see. We walked up Kartnerstrasse and in front was the most amazing St Stephans Cathedral with brightly coloured roof. The cathedral is worth a visit even if you only go into the free area. You can get very close to the Wiener Neustaedter Altar or view the Bishop's gate and much more. We really enjoyed the close-up views with the help of our guide. Finally, all the buildings are beautiful....with so much historical charm!!
The Spanish version was very good. We visited all the indicated places and received very good information. The duration was perfect and there were no issues.
It was a great experience, our guide was very knowledgeable and kind, they explained the history, culture, art, and traditions of Vienna excellently. An experience that we will remember as an enrichment of our knowledge in the company of a pleasant and very competent person.
Fantastic visit and we got the best guide. Marco's explanations were super enjoyable and interesting, a 10!
The guide is serious and prepared, maybe you need a little more empathy. Many interesting anecdotes, in fact everything revolves around the Habsburgs, but it definitely gives you an idea of Vienna.
We really enjoyed the tour.Guide Antonio very good professional and very enjoy your explanations. She was a close and attentive forgiveness.
Pleasant tour in the center of Vienna, with very competent guide Margot, full of tips and anecdotes
Caution if you book with Viator the confirmation email contains the wrong meeting address. Otherwise great. Bravo our guide Manuela!
I couldn’t do the tour because there was no Guide or Platform Representative in Opernpassage Pavilion. And there is no recourse available for the recovery of the money.
Very well organized by the operator and guide Jose fantastic. They sent us two previous reminder emails.
We didn't ask to tour. We stayed at 17.30 on 10/9 in Opernpassagge as requested, but we did not find the Guide or any Enterprise Representative.
I can't talk about the tour because we couldn't make it. When I made the reservation it was given the option to choose language, from which I chose Spanish, as reflected in the supporting pdf that I am sent. Even so, the same pdf also speaks of “tour in Italian” (a language I do not speak). In case of a possible misunderstanding with the website, we try at the same time of booking to cancel the tour, but we are not allowed to. We’ve also tried to talk to customer service, but they haven’t given us any alternatives or solutions. Still, we have come to the tour, to see if it was really a mistake on the web, but the guide tells us that it is indeed in Italian and that it is a mistake that has already happened to many people. He even tries to help us, talking to the organization in case they can relocate us on a Spanish tour, but there is no way. In the event that it is impossible to do so, because we do not understand the explanations, we must abandon the tour without making it and forfeiting the amount paid.
We had a wonderful and very interesting guided tour of the old town of Vienna from a very pleasant long-established Viennese lady who introduced us to your city very entertaining and lively. We were very lucky that nobody else had registered for this group tour except me and my partner. Kindly the tour was carried out anyway and not cancelled. A very special thank you for this! It was therefore also very flexible in terms of minor changes to the tour. Thank you for this great and charming tour of Vienna's Old Town!!
The city of Vienna is magnificent and easy to navigate. This morning I went to see the Lippizzans from the Spanish riding school in training. It was both relaxing and very pleasant. You probably have to be a little horse enthusiast because this precision mechanics, this ballet of the most beautiful horses in the world is complex. The show is there and the music is very in tune with the horses. And it is the art of these riders (mostly female riders) to make these beautiful mounts move within a few centimeters of each other. The horses twirl, dance and paw. A must see if you like horses and especially if you know what you are seeing. The ticket purchased on the internet poses no problem, no need to queue, there are people at each stage to guide you. The 1st and second category places are seated. Spend the few euros to be seated, it's even more pleasant to look at, that's advice.
The riding school and its Lipizzaners, certainly very beautiful horses and certainly a very beautiful dressage show, but when you have the choice between a visit in English and the other in German, the concentration is multiplied. On the other hand, once the visit is underway, there is a ban on touching the horses, a ban on i, or ca: we limit ourselves to listening and that's it!!!! Close surveillance so as not to take photos of the horses just in case!!!! Total rubbish considering the price we pay!!!! And given the price of the souvenirs, a disappointing experience, in my opinion it is better to take the show and the training
