Excellent meal, carriage ride, and concert. Experience could have been improved with two changes: 1) we went to the entrance stated in the Viator ticket, and it was the line for the coffee shop (restaurant is upstairs); simply state to skip that line and go upstairs or go to the main hotel entrance; as our first time to the restaurant, it would have saved us 30 minutes and not rushing through a great meal. 2) the concert was is the Brahms hall, not the Golden Hall. This is not stated in the listing and appears as a misrepresentation of the grandeur of the hall we booked.

Great experience. We were assigned a page, Carrie who was great. Perfect English speaker, super attentive. We had dinner at the Hotel Sacher, great food. Then a horse carriage took us to the venue and Carrie escorted us right to our seat. During intermission we met the fantastic conductor and the soloists. Just a great experience, great music. Last 30 minutes was Strauss, crowd favorite.
Absolutely recommend as such a cool experience to expose to the kids. Even the restaurant was accommodating with our slight tweaks. You will get special access and was such a nice experience.
Shame the meal wasn’t in the main Hotel Sacher restaurant but the food was excellent and the staff amazing. They even gave us a guided tour of the hotel. The Page, Mary met us at the restaurant and was there throughout the evening guiding and explaining everything. The interval drinks and meet with the conductor and singers was a great touch. All in all a fabulous experience.
Venue lovely and concert wonderful. VIP tour - host was very nice, we enjoyed the carriage ride and meeting the performers. Disappointed in the dinner venue; it’s was a cafe in a nice hotel, not the fine dining restaurant.
Our VIP Mozart Concert experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The evening began with a 4 course dinner at the Imperial Hotel which was every bit elegant and delicious but wine and drink are at own expense. After dinner, we were pleasantly suprised to have a personal chaperone who guided us to the horse-drawn carriage, adding such a magical, old world touch to the experience. The highlight of course was the Mozart concert at the Musikverein, one of the most iconic and acoustically renowed concert halls in the world. The Chaperone leaded us to the best VIP seating allowed us to fully appreciate the orchestra's incredible sound and no blocking view. During the interval, we were served with sparking wine and the conductor and singers came to meet us and chat with us. We even took a photo with them. What a big surprise. At the end of the concert, our chaperone handed us a bag of gift. She really take good care of us. This experience is worth every moment and highly recommended for everyone who wants a truly luxurious and memorable evening in Vienna.
We had an awesome night. The dinner was good, and the carriage ride was nice to see the night city. The concert was magnificent. It was a great experience for us, and I do commend this program, it is a must do in Vienna.
The energy of the musicians and the charm of the venue made this an unforgettable and truly magical experience we will always treasure.
The orchestra delivered an outstanding performance, and the Interaction with the audience made it even more enjoyable.
Seeing the conductor lead the musicians with such expression was truly impressive, showcasing not only his deep musical understanding but also the inspiring connection he created with both orchestra and audience.
The balance of humor, audience engagement, and serious musical talent made this concert stand out as an unforgettable and unique experience.
An unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience! The VIP package consisted of dinner at the Opus Restaurant at Hotel Imperial, one of the most luxurious hotels in Vienna, an authentic carriage ride through the Inner City, the Mozart concert at the Vienna Opera House with musicians in period costume, and intermission with an opportunity to meet the musicians and a CD of the Wiener Mozart music. We had a lovely guide, also dressed in period costume, who met us at the restaurant, and guided us through the entire experience. We did not have to search or worry about a single thing. Everything was perfectly taken care of and the entire experience was outstanding. The VIP seats were the best in the house and the meeting room during intermission was just stunning. There are a few additional surprises that I will not reveal so you can have the full experience yourself. Worth every penny and more.
Other than the food at the restaurant, it was a wonderful night! The page was so sweet about getting us from the restaurant to the carriage to the concert. Concert was SO GOOD and we got to meet the maestro and opera singers while we sipped our complimentary drinks. Almost a perfect night. The restaurant should really rethink their menu or at least give you some options. And after all we paid drinks (even nonalcoholic) WERE EXTRA! Service in the restaurant was also so slow.
Great tour Starting with dinner in the Admiral Hotel, which was excellent. Then nice carriage ride around the city and then to the performance. Our guide quickly led us directly to our seats . The Mozart .music was incredible and featured several operitic aria's. At intermission we met the conductor and the 2 singers and had a very nice conversation. Just a super great experience
Very nice and amazing experience for the family food was good the concert speechless the meeting with the singers
Super organization from start to finish, very nice accompaniment in the form of a Mozartpagin, great concert with very good singers and very good orchestra, moody conductor
I bought a VIP ticket online. It included a meal at the restaurant, carriage ride and a concert. The person in charge in the old costume will pick you up at the restaurant! First of all, the concert was very touristy at first, and a group of tourists took straw photos. Sometimes my uncle would talk to me in Chinese and take a picture of me (we Japanese don't understand Chinese lol). But when the performance started, the audience got more and more engaged, and in the end, there was no one to use their smartphones, and in the end, everyone was in a standing operation. I was expecting a sightseeing show, but Vienna, as expected, impressed me with the level of performance and singing! The restaurant is Hotel Imperial. Unfortunately, the dinner ended up being the same restaurant as the breakfast venue, since we were staying at the Hotel Imperial in the first place and the restaurant that serves the food was closed, but we enjoyed a rather delicate meal! (← except for the main meal) It seems that I had requested a birthday plate for my wife and she told the restaurant about it, so we were able to celebrate (thank God it was our first birthday celebration since we got married). The stagecoach trip was lovely, and we just thought we were going to move from the hotel to the venue (next door), but we enjoyed touring around the city! During the break from the concert, we were able to talk to the conductors and singers over wine in the special room! ← Those who bought VIP tickets could do this, or be guided in old costumes. We seemed to be the only ones who bought VIP tickets that day, so it was a very intense time (beware that there are 40 people buying VIP tickets on some days). The guide seemed to be a student, aiming for the same qualification as my wife & I also teach at the university, so it was fun to hear various local atmospheres. I also enjoy listening to souvenir CDs! Clothing, jacket, bow tie & suitable dress, but just right. Some of them were wearing cocktail dresses, but it seemed like they didn't have to worry so much because it was a touristy audience.
