Fantastic! So much food and wine! Maria was lovely! Was great to get out of the touristy areas and experience more of local Vienna.

This was a fantastic, small-group experience! Wolfi was an amazing guide, taking us to some truly wonderful places for food and drinks that we definitely would not have found without him! Everything was so good, and so well worth it! Highly recommend if you are looking for an evening of Austrian food and drinks!

Wolfi was our guide for a 4+ hour walking and tram tour throughout Vienna. If you are up for trying some authentic Austrian food, wine and beer and exploring some off-the-tourist path locations, then book this tour! Wolfi is a local with worldly experience and we not only enjoyed the food and the locations, but our conversations with him about Vienna and Austria. Be hungry when you go on this tour…the “small” portions are generous!

We had a great night with Maria! We went to 4 totally different places in Vienna. Really fun places with different atmospheres. Would highly recommend this if you are looking for something off the beaten path. Also, we needed to use the metro to get to some of the places. Maria showed us how to buy the tickets and when we were all going from place to place for the food tour, she also showed us how to use the metro for other places we were going the following day. It was really helpful and the metro was easy to use. Thanks Maria!!!

Maria, our tour guide, was great fun! We went to 4 totally different places and even took the metro to two of the locations. Maria knew the areas very well and it was fun to see the different parts of Vienna other than the city center. Definitely would recommend it if you are looking for something off the beaten path.

My husband and I and 3 (hard to please) teenage girls did this tour. They said (and I agree!) that this was the best experience we’ve had while here in Europe. Wolfie, a native of Vienna, did a wonderful job reviewing some history and modern culture. We went to 5 unique places for food and drink so make sure you come with an empty stomach! He also gives recommendations along the way which will benefit my daughter who’s here studying. Every place he took us to was perfect and everything was delicious and had interesting stories along the way. It was definitely a “can’t miss” experience while you’re here in Vienna.

This tour was great! My husband and I were the only ones who booked this evening so we had Wolfi to ourselves. Lucky us! Wolfi took us around to a cute coffee shop, a Parisian-inspired hotel bar with a great rooftop view, a Christmas market, his buddy's bar, and other places I'm forgetting. My husband and I are vegetarians and were accommodated very nicely. We were definitely stuffed by the end of the night! This was a really great way to get a feel for Vienna and rub elbows with some locals. Wolfi truly knows everybody! We highly recommend a food tour.

What a great tour. Traveled by train to the different parts of the city. Learning the history of each section and enjoying food and drink at each stop. Having dinner at a restaurant that had great atmosphere and delicious food. We really enjoyed our selves.

All of the dining experiences were excellent! We also got some tips on other experiences on our own. Food & drinks were excellent.

We spent a great evening with our guide Wolfy. We ate amazing Viennese food, appetizers, full meal, and plenty of sweets and deserts. The best part of the tour was Wolfy took us all over the city and we got to see many neighborhoods that we would never have gone to on our own. Wolfy gave us a great history of Vienna and Austria which was nice, we love to learn about different cultures and histories. We highly recommend this tour to anyone who enjoys good food, drink, culture, and company.

This is a must do. Wolfi was incredible. He took us to several districts so we could get a real feel of Vienna. We experienced everything from authentic Vienna street food to a boutique hotel bar in the hipster district #7. If you do this your first night you’ll have a much better feel of the city.

My husband and I had a great time during our private tour with Wolfgang! He is so personable and knowledgeable. Went to different districts of Vienna using public transportation which made us comfortable using it the rest of our trip. The food and drinks we had were all good! The Viennese meal was awesome. We started at 4pm, went to several restaurants and bars and it didn’t end til after 10pm! Yes, one of the highlights of our European trip😊

We booked this tour because we had such a good experience with a food tour in Prague that we wanted to do one in Vienna. This was the BEST food tour I have ever been on. We were immersed in the culture, we had a chance to taste the local cuisine but also speak with locals about the way of life. Wolffy was an amazing guide and we ate so much during the tour! We had full plates and eventually even my fiance who eats everything had a difficult time finishing. We saw a side of Vienna we wouldn't have ever seen from a tour. Spend the money, I am so glad I did because this was an experience I will never forget.

What an amazing night we had. Our tour started at 4pm and we met our guides Wolfy and John. The city is beautiful at night and this tour did not disappoint. I’ve never eaten and drank so much on a tour before and my partner and I have been on many of these around Europe. The places Wolfy and John took us to we’re traditional Vienna. They were awesome guides and great blokes as well. We even spent a day after the tour on our own and retraced our steps to eat and drink what we experienced. If their is one tour you do through Vienna, make it this one. 10 out of 10 from us aussies.

We had an absolutely wonderful time on our tour with Wolfy as our guide. The visit started at the Naschmarkt and went from there to a host of amazing places. We particularly loved the area near Yppenplatz and ended up returning there TWICE to explore so more of the food in the area during our trip. The conversation was great, we really enjoyed the food, and the tour itself was quite flexible. We were a small group, just the two of us, which probably allowed for a lot of flexibility. However, I can imagine the tour would be GREAT with more than that as well. Highly recommend!

This is the way to get to know a new city. With this tour, I really experienced the charm of Vienna with its cafes and restaurants. Good and informative stories were told by our great tourguide Wolfie and he took us to original places I wouldn`t have been able to find by myself. Highly recomend this tour!

I’m not big on giving reviews, but this tour was so good that I wanted to share. I booked this as the first thing I did after arriving, and it was the best decision I made. Patrick is very knowledgeable (he knows the city inside and out), and he was able to customize what we did on the fly based on my preferences. He took me to places to try food & drinks that I would not have found on my own (and I’m a good online researcher!), and I enjoyed the experiences so much that I’d highly recommend others to check them out as well. He gave me a great overview of the central part of the city and recommended things I could do throughout the rest of my stay based on my interests. He even followed up the next day with Information on the places / things we discussed and provided some additional suggestions as well. I really had an enjoyable and lovely evening, and it set a great tone for the rest of my trip. I highly recommend this tour for anyone who wants to start their trip off on the right foot!!

Simply fantastic! We haven't been to Vienna in years and could not have found a better tour to explore this incredible city. Patrick and Wolfi are passionate about the food, history, and culture of Vienna. They grew up here and took us to neighborhoods we never would have found. We especially appreciated how we used public transportation to reach a range of neat culinary finds. Now we have the confidence to use the Ubahn and streetcars ourselves. We learned about new wines and tried a great sampling of delicious specialties. If you only have time to do one thing in Vienna, recommend you pick this tour!

This tour was AMAZING. Verena was the best guide ever and took us to places we'd never find on our own. I am traveling solo and this was the best decision to start off my trip to Vienna. Verena even took us to places out of the itinerary even though that meant going beyond the 4 hour tour time. She also gave me lots of great restaurant and coffee recommendations. Wonderful people, a wonderful guide and delicious food and drinks! Do not miss out on this!

What a great tour and an even greater tour guide as well! Wolfie, as I think was his name, walked through the market area of the city where there was everything imaginable to buy from meats, fish, spices, candy and cafe's. We stopped at a candy shop where we were treated to lots of chocolate and a delicious hot chocolate late', then took a subway to a outdoor shop for Goulash, took a tram ride to a small outdoor market where we ate salad and dumplings at a private room, had Delicious pastry at a family owned and operated restaurant and finished off the tour at a local tavern. Our guide even waled us back to where the subway was located to get back to our hotel. If you book this tour, you won't need to eat either before of afterward as there was plenty to eat and drink and was all included in the price of the tour. Don't leave Vienna without taking this tour.

This is my first time doing an evening tour in Vienna, and it was a real delight walking around in the brisk fall evening. We went to different places for drinks, sweets, and some amazing food. Our guide, Wolfgang, took us to some places I don’t think locals would even know. We skipped the line at a couple places, which made me feel like VIP’s. The other guests were so warm, it was just as fun getting to know each other. High recommend it!

If you are looking to discover the hidden treasures beyond the tourist sectors of Vienna, this tour is a must. The city of Vienna is divided into 23 districts & most tourists only see a couple. Our amazing host Wolfy picked us up and promised an evening of sightseeing, food & drinks in amazing spots that most people will never discover. Wow did he ever deliver!!! We visited beautiful outside markets and sampled several different and unique tastings of course wonderful local adult cocktails were included. We went to a socially & environmentally conscious chocolate shop and tasted many different chocolates. We drank coffee & had desert at a local restaurant and pastry shop. We drank wine in a beautiful square where many locals gather and ended our magical evening on a rooftop bar with perfect views of the entire city. Wolfy was an amazing host from beginning to end and shared stories, views and tastes of Vienna that most tourists will never discover.

Wolfie was a great guide and made the night like going out with a group of friends. He was very knowledgable about all things Vienna and then some. Was a fun night with great food and company.

I'm on a solo trip through Austria, Switzerland, and Germany and kicked off my trip with this food tour. Wolfi was my guide and there were 5 other amazing people on the tour. The description does not do this tour justice! Wolfi took us to so many local spots where we sampled chocolates, cakes, drinks, and lots of savory items as well. I was so stuffed by the end of it! We hung out at a bar for a while as our last stop and went through 3 bottles of wine because we were all having such a good time. 10/10 would do this tour if I'm ever in Vienna again and I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone!

We have been on many food tours around Europe and this one ranks among the best. For one, the description here of how much you eat and drink does not do it justice. Literally more than our group could eat and drink at nearly every stop, and there were six. Multiple offerings at many stops. And all quintessentially Viennese. Our guide, Wolfi, was born and raised in Vienna and knows that diversity and culture comes in many forms, as we tried “upscale” places as well amazing food and drink from a food truck run solely by a grandmother who is a local celebrity for how good her goulash is. Wolfi covers all aspects of Viennese history and culture and was simply lovely company. 5 star recommendation.

This tour is amazing! Just book it! We had an amazing evening and met great people including the two guides. The food and drinks were all fantastic and I can't believe how much of Vienna we were able to see outside of the main tourist areas. We finished the night with one more drink with the group since we had so much fun. A great opportunity to experience the city outside the tourist areas! We would do it again!

My husband and I were lucky enough to enjoy an evening with Patrick. A plus for us was that we just happened to be the only couple that signed up for this particular night. Instead of canceling the tour, Patrick still met us and showed us a great time. We went to many of his local favorites and we got to try so many different types of food and drinks. He can also cater the tour to any dietary concerns. Another great thing about this tour is that you take the metro to go places. If you’re uneasy about taking public transportation, there’s really no need to be! Had we not travelled with Patrick, we would probably not have ventured on our own to take the subways. Now we are experts! This tour was definitely one of our highlights of our time in Vienna.
