Our tour guide Diana was wonderful - very knowledgeable and accommodating. She is a gem. We would highly recommend the tour to anyone.

Our tour guide, Veronica, did a wonderful job of showing us around the palace and the gardens. One of the special things that she did was to give us memorable and entertaining stories as we walked through the rooms. We highly recommend this tour.
Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and provided many wonderful insights into the palace. We had a relatively small group which made the tour feel more intimate. Highly recommend this tour since it helped us avoid the masses and it was so much better than the self-guided audio tour.
Great tour! Well organised and lots of things to look at on the route that passes through the palace and out to the gardens. Our guide Celine was very helpful, knowledgeable and could answer any questions about the palace! We really felt like we learned a lot more about the Austrian history from this tour. Had a great time. Thank you!
Christina was an excellent guide with a host of interesting facts about the Hapsburgs and their importance in European affairs over the centuries. Her descriptions of the furnishings and fixtures (i.e. the chandeliers and the frescoes) were especially fascinating.
The palace is not as huge as it looks. I was expecting to be exhausted afterwards, but was not. If you try to do the zoo and labaryth and botanical gardens, that may be too much, but the palace itself is manageable even for older, younger or lower mobility people. Celine is a good guide. We learned a lot with her.
Amazing and patient guide from start to finish. Explained each area and gave analogies which resonated and added to remembering the tour.
A great tour guide and amazing place steeped in history. Well worth the visit
What a wonderful place to visit. We both loved hearing about the history as we toured around the palace with our guide Julia. She was really informative and easy to listen too. We then enjoyed a beautiful walk in the palace grounds and lunch at the restaurant. A fantastic experience all round.
The group was 25 people. The guide was fairly good . The mike she used was not powerful enough for us to hear her speak. It wasn’t her fault but anyway, other than that it was pretty OK. It really was no problem.
Christine was very articulate, knowledgeable and friendly.
This tour was not for us. So much standing & listening that seemed to last forever. Buy a ticket & use their audio.
Schönbrunn Palace was a highlight of my Vienna visit, with spectacular interiors and gardens. Our guide, Celine, made it especially memorable through her engaging storytelling, expert knowledge of Habsburg history, and fascinating insights into palace life. Wandering the grounds and enjoying apple strudel afterward was the perfect finish. A must see worth several hours.
It’s a really good experience. The guide is very, very knowledgeable and a nice person. The tour is perfectly timed.
Lena was super knowledgeable and provided us with a lot of great information. We really enjoyed the experience and would highly recommend this tour.
Very nice and knowledgeable guide. Pick up point a bit odd. I expect it at the entrance to the palace.
A beautiful building of awesome proportions, the 'Skip the Queue' offer worked a charm. Guide was young, enthusiastic , knowledgable and had a relaxed humorous way of passing on a formidable amount of information , she did us proud. The garden was the highlight for us, absolutely jaw dropping. Thunder clouds were threatening so we didn't explore as much as we wanted to.
Absolutely horrible experience. I am in the top 1% of reviewers for TripAdvisor and go on many many trips and excursions - including high end hotels and tons of tours. For the first time ever, we were running late to a tour that was scheduled to start at 1:45. I understand how these things work and I had contacted the operator to see if we need to something drastic with the Uber driver or find some other way to get there (train perhaps as those would avoid the traffic Uber driver was getting into) - however, in a call I made, we were told explicitly that it will be fine and that they will relay the message and so long as am there by 2:00 pm we will be fine (we even volunteered to meet at the Palace or wherever closer that the group will go to but was told to just meet at meeting point). We got there at 1:53 pm at the meeting point and got absolutely nowhere. I tried to appeal and got nothing but a curt response. It is infuriating to see especially given how much I have done for TripAdvisor, Viator, and the like AND especially given that they explicitly told me it was fine on the phone (they even admitted again on the phone they made a mistake), but then instead of refunding me I got absolutely nothing. Fortunately, I was able to book directly with the Palace for something cheaper and the like, but just horrible customer service to not even do anything to try to accommodate us or even partly compensate for their own mistake as well. We were even willing to go a later time with another group or whatever else (even the next day), but got absolutely nowhere. Very unprofessional and first ever bad review I have EVER given on Tripavisor or Viator. Just utterly disappointing. It's one thing if they didn't tell me 2:00 pm was fine, but they did and then chose to do nothing. Very unprofessional.

We had a fantastic experience on this tour. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and explained the history of Schönbrunn Palace in a clear and engaging way. We learned a lot without ever feeling overwhelmed or rushed. The skip-the-line access was especially convenient, as the palace was quite busy. Everything was well organised from beginning to end, and the tour made our visit far more interesting than exploring the palace alone. Highly recommended!
This is truly a 10/10 experience. In my opinion, something you HAVE to see when in Vienna.
Great staff, very helpful with everything!
I had a loooot of fun in this tour!! The guide and also the guide was great!! 10/10 !!
Great tour with Lena, can recommend it
From beginning to end the tour went seamlessly. All aspects of booking and follow up information were straightforward. Our guide was very knowledgeable with a very personable approach. A very satisfying experience indeed.
Lina was very informative and easy to understand English. Her history knowledge was outstanding The tour is very good value considering we skipped a long line and enjoyed the live commentary. We felt lucky to have Lina as our guide.
Way too many people in the group. We could barely all fit in some of the rooms and blocked other people when we did. Seemed very rushed - maybe because place was so busy and it took time to move from room to room. I'd probably do self guided if I ever go again.
Honestly, the value for this and the amount of time spent with the guide was not worth the investment. Although the guide was lovely, a self-guided audio tour would have been enough. Thankfully we went in advance and spent nearly two hours in the garden vs the 20 minutes provided by the guide. Definitely something you can do on your own.
The guide was well informed and presently in a clear manner. Enjoyed the tour and the historical content.
Backpacks and bags are not permitted in the palace, but the group meeting center has free combination locked lockers to store your belongings during your tour.
Eileen was a very entertaining guide. Very knowledgeable, very personable, and added a lot of humor to the tour. She clearly knows the history behind the Schonbrunn palace.
While the palace was beautiful, our tour guide was very rude and curt. Would not recommend her to anyone. She did not entertain any questions, even from the older people in the group and was visibly annoyed when anyone asked her anything.
Really excellent tour. Excellent comms. Lena judged everything perfectly. She spoke excellent English and was clear and easy to understand. She wove the right amount of information and story into her commentary.
I was fortunate to be 1 of only 6 in our tour group. Our guide was delightful, extremely knowledgeable, and very comfortable in her guidance. I had an excellent experience, learned a lot of history, and saw amazing rooms and gardens. Worth learning the U bahn to get there and back!
We prefer a human guide over an audio guide. Lena explained the history of the palace and the Hapsburgs and answered our questions. We got to see some rooms and a section of the garden. We wished we could have seen more of the palace but parts were being renovated :(
Fantastic trip! Marlene is very knowledgeable
A very full and enjoyable day. Our guide Lena was incredibly informative and enthusiastic about the tour. Little late going in but made up the time. Highly recommend viewing the palace, gardens and a beautiful zoo.
Great way to see the palace and gardens. Guide was knowledgeable and kept the tour interesting and informative.
Our guide was fantastic. She was clearly knowledgeable and interested in the topic and she gave us compelling stories and personal insights. The check in process went smoothly and the tour was great.
Our guide was very knowledgeable. The palace was beautiful and worth the heat. There is a lot of walking and standing so be prepared
During the summer months the sun can be oppressive but Lena’s presentation (sometimes from a woman’s perspective TY) was great. For the first time I actually heard some thoughts from the Austrian side of the first and second WWs.
The gardens are immense, and you’ll probably have to walk to the top of the Gloriette on your own. We were there on a hot day, but it was still a great tour. The interior of the palace is def worth seeing (rococo)
Lots of interesting information. Don’t miss this. Lena is knowledgeable and friendly. She is both professional and kind. Bring your walking shoes because this place is huge!
This was a very good tour. Our guide gave us plenty of history to make it meaningful without too much for the non history buffs in the group. This palace is one that really needs a tour to understand it. Our guide clearly loved the palace and gave great insight to understanding life in the palace and Maria Theresa.
Peter was an excellent driver and guide. He gave us such a lot of new information and was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
We had a wonderful time learning the history of Austria, its founding father and the rivalry among the elites. Be sure to ask about the origin of The Flea Market as we know today.
The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, but the listening devices were not great and it was very crowded.
Great option for avoiding likes to buy tickets and getting in. Our guided tour was wonderful and we learned so much in such a short period of time. Well worth your time when in Vienna.
We did the Schonbrunn Palace tour with Lena and it was fantastic! She is very nice, has a lot of knowledge and good sense of humor. She seems to do only this tour, so if you are thinking of going, I highly recomend you do it with this company and with her. The booking was easy and all went very well, so if we had more time, we would have done other tours with them.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Lena, who gave terrific details about the Hapsburg family and their historical significance. The tour was very informative and engaging, thanks to her great sense of humor and knowledge of history. She also managed our group expertly, keeping us together when it got crowded and giving us clear instructions before we headed in. This is a great tour to do a few days into your Vienna visit, because you will understand more of the references and the paintings. For example, seeing a huge painting of the Spanish Riding School was especially fun and interesting after having just seen the Lippizaner stallions a couple of days before. In short, the tour was great and Lena was wonderful.
