We were fortunate to have such an expert guide in Vienna with Bilijana. Her understanding of Vienna and ability to impart so much interesting information to us was so valuable. She helped make the experience 5 stars. We cannot recommend her high enough, if you’re able to secure a tour with her you won’t be disappointed and you’ll have the ultimate guide experience!

Excellent small group tour. Very easy to locate the meeting spot and headsets were used which is very helpful. Dieter was our guide and he was knowledgeable, paced the tour well, answered questions, stopped along the way if anyone needed water or a bathroom. Great tour overall, highly recommend.

This is the easiest review I've written. Great tour with a great guide. Michael was knowledgeable and happy to answer questions. His style was conversational and it was like touring with a friend. This was our first visit to Vienna and this was a great introduction to the city enabling us to decide what to see in more detail. Based on our experience, I would not hesitate about booking with this company.

This walking tour was so much more than we have experienced on similar tours on our travels. Our guide, Eddie, was extremely knowledgeable, humorous and shared with us so many interesting things about what we were seeing that made our time with him fly by. I highly recommend this chance to get a real sense of Vienna, its history and its culture.

Vienna in January is COLD! Outside of the obvious weather obstacles, our tour-guide Billy was phenomenal! She met us promptly at our hotel, provided ear pieces so we could clearly hear her as we walk the city without needing to raise her voice and blend in. We walked for three hours around many of the most important sights of central Vienna, popping into buildings periodically to thaw. She was very well informed and had been such a guide for over 20 years. She was very kind, flexible and approachable. In my view, this was the best way to experience Vienna with limited time!

This was a great experience seeing the sites and learning some history about Vienna. The tour was worth it. My father had a mobility scooter and he was able to get around just fine. The streets and sidewalks accommodate people that need mobility devices.

I had an amazing experience on my walking tour. First, I missed my original appointment due to my flight being delayed so the organizers were very good about allowing me to change my tour to later in the week. Next, my guide was amazing. She not only showed me all the major historical and cultural sites in Vienna, but also familiarized me with stories, hidden places to visit and eat, buildings where Mozart had lived and even small pieces of information about living in Vienna that made me feel more comfortable in the area. I highly suggest this tour if you want to feel comfortable walking around the city and getting the best advice about places to spend your time visiting. My guide was so friendly and knowledgeable, the whole experience felt like walking around Vienna with a longtime friend.

Ali was a phenomenal guide! Her thorough and in-depth knowledge of Vienna was amazing and made the historical and cultural sites we toured in the city come alive. We highly recommend this personalized, small group tour experience because we could spend a little more time on the things we found especially interesting. In addition to seeing the must-see attractions, Ali showed us some off the beaten path hidden gems and we lucked out when we got to see the Lippizzaner horses being walked to their stalls. I experienced this free tour run by Good Vienna on the advice of the lovely ladies of the Touris Info Office. We di a circuit of the very centre of the Hhistoric district an Eddy our guide had a lot of information which you can use to springboard to othé activities. An excellent way to familiarize yourself with area.

What a lovely little tour! It went to all the places off the beaten path with little gems that we would’ve never found on our own. Biljana was a great tour guide and very engaging asking questions of us along the way! We saw her favorite stops with history that was easy to understand and not overwhelming. Great chances for a restroom and interesting fun facts. Highly recommend!

The BEST walking tour ever! Our guide Bilijana was engaging, professional and good humoured. Furthermore she was an expert and able to provide commentary in an easy to understand way. The tour was also at a very relaxed pace. We not only experienced the main attractions but were also fortunate to see some 'out of the way' places which were great. Highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide, Eddie, was wonderful. He has lived in Vienna for decades and knows the city well. He asked about our interests (we knew nothing about Vienna in advance)- and tailored the tour to us. He had plenty of recommendations for restaurants, entertainment, etc. Overall a great orientation to the city- perfect activity for your first day!

Lisa was amazing as a guide. She had extensive knowledge about the history of Vienna and lots of funny antidotes.

My friend and I have been on many Viator tours. This one was the only one that we have been extremely disappointed. We paid $245 for a 2 hour tour that did NOT go into 1 single building. All we did we walk and the tour guide pointed things out. This tour should have been $100 for we did not get anything that we could not have gotten on line. I would like to request a partial refund for this terrible tour. This is certainly not up to the Viator standards.

I can’t say enough good things about our tour guide. I loved the museum and would have loved to have had more time there! The greeter with green umbrella was so welcoming and easy to find! Everything we saw was enhanced by her knowledge and her ability to share !!!! Most of all I so appreciated that she ran ahead to buy subway fare for the 3 of us and got us to our shuttle with only minutes to spare. Thank you for a phenomenal time!!!

We took the trip within a few hours of hitting the city. Best way to see the sites and get some solid history - Mona Lisa was awesome! It was just myself and two friends so we had a private tour and she didn't let us down. Was also open to just hanging and having a glass of wine with us. Highly recommend the tour - a great way to start our vacation.

The lovely Italian guide was a Venitian treasure. So much wonderful information and energy. She told us about the apartments in the imperial palace area and we want more information please.

A fantastic historical tour. Anne was our guide. She explained the origins of Vienna. But she really focused on the Habsburgs and the direction they took the city. Really entertaining and informative. Anne is a great story teller. One of the best tours we've taken throughout Europe.
