Great way to visit outlet mall. Gucci store was the best and Prada was second best. Great selection. Comfy bus ride and easy pick up and drop off

This bus runs from the opposite side of the street to the Opera house. It’s a simple service with comfortable buses. Make sure you book ahead of time as my return bus was full and turned away people as they hadn’t booked. It would be better if they offered more times.
We went in the promotion week, where we got an extra 20% of the reduced prices, so were well pleased with our purchases 😁, only thing is one doesn't have enough time to explore when going with the shuttle bus, as the outlet centre is way too big for the time limit.
Don’t you ever trust viator they confirmed to me that pick up after visiting the outlet is 4:30 as mentioned in the photo but bus left at 4:00 and I paid 100 euro to take Uber They rejected the refund request although it is their mistake
The lady that was checking the tickets was rude and the driver was in a rush. Not well organized but was on time.
Bus driver didnt give us clear instruction on the pick-up area. He’s not approachable especially to foreigners.
Huge outlet with numerous designer brands for all tastes and wallets. On average discounts range from 30-50% of RRP. Definitely need to spend several hours to see the outlet, best to plan ahead before visiting.
Bus didn’t take us back in Viena. The Driver did not have a QR scanner and required a paper ticket. he left us at the outlet. we were forced to call a taxi and pay 100 euros :(
Travelled from Newcastle to Vienna with our main aim of seeing Xmas Markets from there original birthplace. Several XM in Vienna and my wife and I saw 2 of those. They were not disappointing in any way with so many stalls displaying/and selling a vast array of merchandise. If you like street food and hot punch then there is also a vast variety of this on sale. Vienna is a large City and caters for everyone. Museums and Churches are plentiful as is the large shopping area which provides every Designer shops you ever want. There is also a large fun park for the young at heart just on the edge of the city. We were amazed at the cleanliness of the City and the upkeep of paths, roads and parks. Festive street lighting was fantastic and displayed virtually everywhere. A word of warning however to anyone going in December - Make sure you take plenty warm clothes, boots, scarves and hats as it seems to have bitterly cold winds.
The girls at check in did not give me a return time nor did this show on the digital ticket issued by Viator. But when I said I expected a return time at 4pm they said ok. Then they asked me where is my return ticket even if my ticket says return travel. What's hoing on? No one seem to know or care!!! Come pick up time at 4pm, the driver did not want to honour our digital ticket cause he didn't have a scanner. It was annoying, upsetting and frustrating to have to beg him to take us - yes there's at least 10 of us with the same problem. He said my ticket did not have a time booking so I can't go on his bus. Finally he relented as we were all getting angry. He called the company who gave him the OK. Not a good system. Bad experience.
I booked a return shuttle to Pandorf and was denied entry to the bus for the return trip even if I showed the email from the tour operator that my return was at 4 pm. It was only after we had contacted someone through phone that my family and I were family allowed to board. Terrible experience.
So many different designer shops some great bargains to be found. Lots of different eateries, for every taste
The outlet was fantastic. However, the return shuttle was problematic. Our return was scheduled by the local travel agency at 4 pm and they sent us an email with the timing. However, the driver denied us and other customers boarding the bus although we showed him the ticket and the email with the timing. He wanted us to wait for the 6 pm bus although our bus is 4 pm and tge bus was half full. We had to contact the agency while waiting in the rain for twenty minutes. Finally, the driver allowed us to board. It was not a good experience waiting in the rain with our shopping bags.
On the ticket pick up time was 4.30pm But the bus left at 4 pm called the customer service but they did not help at all had to take a taxi all the way back to city paid 3 times the price
Lots of brands. Travellig is easy and not too far off from the city. Waiting point can be difficult for tourists. Suggest to put up a sign for easy identification instead of giving us an address. It's definitely worth a visit.
Well, this was my first experience of this kind. Made it as a birthday present to my wife :-) travelling there from Vienna (on Easter vacation from Romania where I am from). Never imagined so many shops could be in one place arranged as streets. Discounts are really tempting, so I am sure lots of people leave form there with more staff and less money left than they planned for! But really many things could be a bargain, compared to prices in the mall near you back home.
Everything was planned very well. The bus was on time and the price of the tickets were reasonable. Grate experience that i recommend.
Nice coach ride return without the hassle, around 50mins from Vienna opposite the Opera House. straight through to Parndorf. Lots of Designer Shops and plenty places to stop for a rest and a bite to eat. 1 day is not long enough to explore, I usually book twice whenever I come to Vienna, always find a few bargains. Best thing is now that we Brits can get the VAT TAX back on purchases over £100 in any 1 shop, make sure you ask at counter before paying for them to fill out relevant form and sign it
Finding the bús and a seat was pretty easy and there was space left. On my way back the bús driver gave me a bit of trouble saying that my ticket was only for one way. Thankfully the guest info desk at Parndoff explained to him that my ticket is in fact round trip. I hoping that for other next the drivers would be better informed about this offer from Trip advisor to avoid the embarassment.
I love the shuttle bus. very comfortable with accurate timing. It deserve 5 stars. However, you have to arrive and get in shuttle que around 60 - 40 mins before departure. It is not their operator fault, it is just that too many people booked for the bus. I suggest instead of selling too many seats on particular time, sell only the exact number of seats and the rest will be waiting list. and put some fee on people missing there original time (€ 3 - 5 for example) but not on the waiting list. Also, If someone did not show up 10 mins before departure he loses his privilege and waiting list should be allowed in. This should minimize frustration of missing the departure time once the person know that he is on the waiting list.
I would like to thank you very much for the excellent service. Everything worked perfectly, from professional advice to uncomplicated bookings to punctual departures and return journeys. The bus was very clean and comfortable, which made the ride particularly enjoyable. Big praise also to the team for the kindness. Overall an all-round positive experience – highly recommended! Thank you so much!
We've been driving here for years, but in the last year it's been getting more and more usury. All products, including Douglas!!! are more expensive than in the real stores. You're kidding me! I don't need an outlet if I can get everything cheaper at home. The opticians are the worst, so no glasses are worth it there. It used to be great, now it's just a rip-off.
There was no return time on the ticket. The driver of the first bus made trouble for us and refused to let us get on the bus. Finally, the driver of the second bus allowed us to ride. It was terrible. I bought it without paying attention to the reviews. As expected, the driver made things difficult for us on the return trip. , so many comments have already reflected it, and it is too exaggerated that it has not improved for so long.
The transportation bus didn't recognize the round-trip tickets we bought. It took a long time because many passengers had the same problem. They finally let us get on the bus. There was an internal communication problem. Please travel companies pay attention to improvements. Since various tickets are sold, drivers and other service staff need to know and understand them, rather than leaving it to passengers to solve their own problems, which would lead to a very bad ride experience.
The bus driver does not know that the paper ticket is the return ticket, only said to buy 9:30 ticket, 4:00 ticket needs to be purchased again, I thought to call Uber back, fortunately the driver finally gave us the car, a lady on the way to the barcode scanner to check the ticket, but the return is not, if the paper ticket is written back will be better, there is 16:00 this return time, the locals will understand something
Bonne expérience Mais manque l’affichage du point de départ Ça nous a fait 40 min de recherche avant de trouver le bus à vienne
Be careful! ATTENTION!!! If the SHUTTLEbus takes you to Parndorf Outlet, it doesn't automatically mean that the bus will go home with you the same day!!! ⛔️⛔️⛔️ No one /handlebar, website / gives NO INDICATION that the number of seats and the buses are LIMITED!!! Story: 1.The bus takes the customers from Karsplatz to Parndorf without a ticket. 2. On the question: where can you actually buy the ticket, 3. responds: at the information on site, 4. shop 🛍🛍 and then 5. around 7:40 p.m. you want to buy a ticket at the information, 6. and the lady's answer comes: the TICKET is already SOLD OUT!!!⛔️ You should get her ticket first!!! Period! 7.Then: the LADY in the INFORMATION recommends a specific taxi company to drive you to e.g. the local train station or Vienna. It WOULD BE CLEAR if the bus without a ticket would NOT drive customers to Outlet! Only with a ticket! A very uncomfortable experience! In cold weather🥶 and late, WITHOUT 🚌 standing there. 🥺 Anyway, is not customer friendly!😢☹️🥺🙁
