I was pleasantly surprised by how exceptionally kind all the staff were. They took care of us with bright smiles, which was wonderful. The hotel has high ceilings and is lovely, though the presence of stairs is a bit of a downside. Also, the music playing at the pool reminded me of the mysterious mermaid song scene from Harry Potter when the golden egg is put underwater. Upon arrival, the bellmen were prompt, courteous, and attentive, ensuring a smooth transition from the moment I stepped out of the vehicle. Their professionalism was an early indication of the standard I would experience throughout my visit. At check-in, I had the privilege of being assisted by Sakib at the front desk, who was, quite simply, the epitome of hospitality. His demeanor was impeccable—gracious, polished, and thoroughly professional. He anticipated my needs, ensured every detail of my arrival was handled flawlessly, and did so with a warmth that made me feel not merely welcomed as a guest, but received as family. Sakib made my check-in experience unforgettable. He is a true credit to the property and exemplifies the Ritz-Carlton philosophy of ladies and gentlemen serving ladies and gentlemen. The Club Lounge experience was equally distinguished. Nicolette and her colleagues delivered service of the highest caliber, extending a welcome that was both refined and sincere. Their attentiveness, hospitality, and evident pride in their work elevated every visit to the lounge. I extend my sincere gratitude to the entire team. This stay reaffirmed why The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna stands among the finest hotels in the city, and I look forward to returning. I recommend it without reservation.

Lovely hotel, but the people who work there are what truly made the difference. From the minute we arrived, we felt so welcomed - huge shout out to Katerina and Ciro. Breakfast was super elaborate, with great vegetarian options. We also tried Atmosphere for drinks and light bites. A nice spot, but they end food service early, so keep that in mind. The hotel is within walking distance of multiple tourist spots, restaurants, and bars, and even when it’s not, it’s very close to the train stations/bus stops for convenient travel. Also loved the famous Ritz Carlton cookies, chocolates, and freshly baked pastries we received during our stay. Will certainly return when in Vienna next.

A fantastic stay at The Ritz Carlton Vienna and one of those hotels where it is genuinely difficult to find something to criticise. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring Vienna. Our room was spacious, comfortable and beautifully presented. Breakfast had plenty of options and was a great way to start the day. The valet service was also excellent and made having a car in the city very easy. What really stood out, however, was the staff. Without exception, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and always smiling. They were constantly offering assistance, sometimes before I even realised I needed it. That level of genuine hospitality makes a huge difference. The concierge team were particularly helpful with planning excursions, providing recommendations and making bookings for us, which made exploring Vienna much easier. I usually try to include some constructive criticism in my reviews, but I am genuinely struggling to find anything significant here. From the location and facilities to the service and hospitality, it was an excellent experience. Well done to the entire team. I would be very happy to stay here again the next time I am in Vienna.
