My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 nights, booked via Radisson Rewards program and I have to say way below expectations for a Radisson hotel. Both check in and check out took 15/20 mins because staff was minding their own business. The room pretty disappointing, the bathroom was not clean, we found stains on the toilet and hair in the bathtub, soap empty and never refilled during cleaning, pillow almost non existent too soft. The area is also not very central, close only to the shopping street and frankly dodgy people around. We did not have breakfast included, but we did try the bar and the staff of the bar was very nice and welcoming. Frankly, I do not recommend. There's for sure better option in the City.

Good hotel. Some walking distance to metro. Lidl is very close for daily needs. Rooms were clean, good space, bath tub, good breakfast, staff also good. Enjoyed our stay here.
Good location within walking distance of both the U-Bahn and tram stations, with convenient connections to Wien Hauptbahnhof and the airport. It is also situated in a great area next to the Raimund Theater, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The service was excellent, Erik/Eric was incredible, and all the staff members were very kind and helpful. The room was cozy, and some rooms offered great views. The fitness studio only has cardio equipment, including a treadmill, cycling machine, and elliptical trainer. The brunch was also good and reasonably priced at €20 if not included.
Really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure Wien hotel. The hotel was good overall, clean rooms, good location, and a nice atmosphere, but what stood out the most was the service from Mark at reception. He helped me out multiple times during my stay, whether it was with the sauna, directions around Vienna, or just general questions. Always friendly and approachable, and you could tell he actually cared about helping guests. If there is one negative with the hotel is that the rooms aren't that well isolated in terms of sound. We woke up to someone either in the next room or in the hallway was laughing really loud
I have mixed feelings about my stay. The hotel is well located. close to the shopping street, restaurants, subway station and grocery stores. it's also a nice 40 min walk to Schonbrunn. really pleasant. the staff is also nice. but the hotel is somewhat not up to par. the room I stayed in was a little shabby. I also wish they had better hair care products. usually, when I stay at Mercures, I expect somewhat exquisite and yet homey design. this one is just usual hotel. without any Mercure personality. so I wouldn't stay there again, but would choose an Ibis for less money and the same setup. The sauna is small. only two chairs in the rest area and steam room also cat take two people at a time. so. won't give you a low grade just because I love Accor and they've always treated me well. but I would definitely work in the value part of the hotel.
