Staff is non-existent, service even more so. Checked in around 1600 on a Friday, no one around to accomodate my request to just have a fan in my room, which was listed on their website. Why the fan? Cos this "Smart"-whatever has no air conditioning in their rooms. And if you ask about it, the staff literally gaslights you (see the attached screenshots). I am perhaps unfamiliar with European customs, so correct me if I am wrong,but expecting a listed amenity, a fan, in June 2026 is perhaps not unreasonable. Not to mention that there's a weird stink in the room that just doesn't go away. Overall, to "smart"ments, if you are so averse to hiring people and rely so much on letting the customer "do the work", perhaps hire a couple of people, managers, to cater to the guests staying at your property! At best, they will save a future customer a evening that could be spent in your beautiful city. Just hire people, they will be grateful, your shareholders won't know the difference, your guests will appreciate the warmth and quick resolutions. Fighting aggregators for pennies shouldn't be your business model!

Worst Stay ever…. Beware of No air conditioning! So hot in summer. You must open the window but it is noisy. Could not have a good rest. The accommodation fee is not cheap. The shampoo and body soap is combined in a single bottle…. not to mention there is no conditioner. Provided a fan…. but I did not expect to use a fan in my hotel stay. No reception, you have to stand in the small and hot lobby to check-in by yourself. The best thing about this “hotel” is close to main station and kitchen in room. No tissues in room. The toilet tissue paper is of poor quality. Quite clean though. The basic design makes me think of student dorm.

After looking at mixed reviews I wasn’t sure what to expect but had a great stay - we arrived early computers down but staff great and we paid for an early check in which was fine. Apartment great and spacious - hot water good shower - kitchen but no cleaning cloth! Hard to clean with toilet paper! Bed great but so hot and no Aircon would not like to be here in the height of summer 🌞 brilliant location and we had a great 3 night stay would recommend to others 😊

We stayed for two nights and had a very pleasant experience. The location is ideal for anyone who needs to be close to the central train station — everything you need is within easy walking distance, making it extremely convenient. The room was clean, well‑equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed two peaceful nights without any disturbances. The check‑in and check‑out process was smooth and quick, which added to the overall positive experience. A great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent proximity to the station.
