We stayed here in November for two nights and had three rooms. Overall, it was a really nice and comfortable stay.
The rooms were nicely spacious and had a warm, welcoming feel. We really enjoyed our time there, and the location was convenient as well, with a metro station within walking distance that can easily take you to the city center.
A special thank you to the lady at the reception desk. She was very welcoming and gave us helpful advice and recommendations during our stay, which we really appreciated.
Overall, a pleasant two-night stay and a good base for exploring the city.

Great location, 3 mins walk from U3 Erdberg, which takes you right into the centre of Vienna.
I parked in Parking Garage P+R Erdberg, that is 7-8 minutes’ walk from the hotel and about 4.5 euros for 24 hours.
If I need to sleep again in Vienna, I definitely return.
Clean new hotel with a thoughtful room design for luggage, however, could use some counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast compared to other Residence Inn’s is very limited and has room for improvement. Its a small hotel and maybe that’s why the breakfast is limited. Its about 15-20 minutes to the city center, and its nice and quiet away from all the foot traffic.
I had one day stop at Vienna and this was the best option
Visit: I went there for one day visit with my spouse.
What stood out: Room was modern, it has kitchen facility, staff were responsive, smart TV where you can connect it to your phone and watch YouTube or play spotify, sofa in the room.
Strengths: The metro station is 5 mins walking, the bus station is 3 mins walking, surrounded by grocery stores & restaurants, the breakfast was included.
Weaknesses: It is more for business trips, don't expect a good view from your room.
Verdict: Definitely worth booking again because of the facilities in the room.
The room was very spacious with a great view – perfect for relaxing. The room had cooking facilities, which is a great option for longer stays or those who prefer to cook. Breakfast had a few simple options . The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Also, the location is very convenient, close to public transport stations, which made getting around easy.
