Truly our home away from home. We have been staying at MyPlace every time we come to Vienna for more than 10 years. The location is great, with a supermarket very near by and walking distance to the centre. The neighbourhood is quiet and the apartments are very well kept. Most importantly the junior suites have a lot of space, and a well stocked kitchenette. It is always a pleasure to stay here.

My Place Premium Apartments are very central located. The apartment is so nice with a small kitchen. Leaving area and bedroom. We had the executive apartment. Just outside next door is a Spar Gourmet where you can buy food etc. From Vienna airport is there a direct nonstop bus who stops 5 minutes from the Apartment. There is U Bahn close to. The reception staff is very helpful. We will definitely come back again
Very good place. Small apartment with a bedroom, spacious living room and kitchenette. Well equipped for a couple's stay. Everything was clean and tidy. The place is well maintained. I highly recommend it. To the owners: Please note that the window sills and the windows themselves need to be cleaned. Thank you very much and see you later.
Perfect stay. Home away from home. 5 mins walk to the airport bus stop and 10 mins walk to St Stephan. Plenty of nice restaurants (Lola - Spanish highly recommended) and bars around the hotel. Supermarket downstairs. Staff supper friendly. No idea what other people expecting and complaining about - go to Park Hayatt if you are looking for a 7 star hotel and service. The place is perfect for short and long stay. Will be back again.
Possibly one of the most disappointing stays I've experienced. While the location in Vienna is convenient, numerous issues made the experience uncomfortable. Here's a summary of the key problems I encountered: - The Wi-Fi is unreliable and extremely slow. It couldn't support basic tasks like video calls—I had to go to a nearby café for a work Zoom meeting. In 2025, this level of connectivity falls far short of expectations for an urban accommodation. - The windows are single-pane and outdated, offering no sound insulation. Rooms facing the street are particularly noisy; for example, early morning garbage collection at 6 AM was clearly audible and disruptive. - Temperature control in the room is limited. The system only provides cooling, with no option for heating, even on cooler days. - Hot water in the shower is inconsistent, remaining lukewarm even at the maximum setting. - The kitchen lacks basic features, such as an exhaust hood over the stove or a chopping board. Also, guests are instructed to use a portable fan to prevent steam from setting off the smoke alarm, which feels inadequate for a "premium" property. - The room had a persistent musty odor, reminiscent of an old, damp building. - The curtains don't close properly or block light effectively, making it difficult to achieve a dark room for restful sleep. - A €250 security deposit is required upon check-in, which seems high, or unnecessary at all, given the overall condition of the property. I wouldn't recommend this place unless significant improvements are made. Potential guests should be aware of these issues to set realistic expectations.
