A nice location near the train station though a bit far from the old city. The room was good though we had some air conditioning issues during our stay. The bartender downstairs was very friendly and good company during our stay. All in all a nice experience
Our 5-day stay here in Aug 2026 was quite pleasant. We were warmly greeted by Afra, who is one of the nicest hotel staff I've ever encountered. She answered all of my questions and always has a beautiful smile on her face. Our room was a bit smaller than what we're used to but it was clean, neat, nicely decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast each day was delicious with a nice variety. The staff was attentive and kind as was the young bartender. We very much enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. The location is super close to the train station.
Very good hotel. Very clean in a in a safe area, good service and quick too. Only bad thing I guess is that it's pretty far from the central area of Vienna and you have to walk 30 minutes to get there. Great hotel though
Wonderful hotel with great location and very friendly staff. Situated within the walking distance from the main railway station offers room with comfortable beds and cute bathrooms. Breakfasts only vegetarian. All necessery buses in the neigbourhood. Room views- great, especially at night. There is also a rooftop bar with a friendly and talented bartender. The bar offers magnificent and free views all over the city. Amazing staff, especially Andre, who was always smiled and helpful to people.
We arrived early, the lady at check-in was very helpful and said our room was ready so we were able to drop our bags off and go explore the city. Thank you to her, Monday about 1:00 p.m. The room itself is a good size, bed and pillow are comfortable, we're here for two nights, leaving Wednesday morning. Being directly across from the main train station is extremely helpful for this hotel. Bathroom is clean and normal size for a small hotel room. Couldn't turn the heat on at night, but the AC worked very well. The floor had some black stains on the carpet in two places. And the only issue with the room was the curtains. The blackout curtains do not have a handle or stick to be able to close them, you have to climb on top of a chair etc. And get almost to the very top where the curtains are touching the tracks and slide them over to close the curtains. Otherwise you're going to rip the curtains from the track. Curtains were the only issue opening and closing them everyday. Other than that room was great, hallway is quiet other than people that might slam a door and you can't control that. Hotel elevators quick up and down, we did not eat or drink at the hotel. Very convenient to walk around the city and the hop-on hop off big boss stand is about 5-minute walk on the other side of a train station.
