We loved our stay at the Mercurie Vienna First. We had a wonderful experience, the location its central and alive during day and night. Lila took care of us and our room with great quality and love ❤️ brekky was very nice and we appreciated all the staff service. We will recommend and come back
Overall, we had a mixed experience at the hotel. The reception gentleman was very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and we really appreciated his professionalism. The breakfast staff member, Shadia, also deserves special mention. She was extremely welcoming, friendly, and attentive, and always made us feel comfortable during breakfast. Her service was excellent. Unfortunately, our experience with the manager was quite disappointing. Due to an error in the hotel’s system, we were charged for an additional night for a room that we had never reserved. Despite the issue being caused by the system, the manager was quite unpleasant and unhelpful when dealing with the situation. This left a negative impression and could have been handled much more professionally and fairly.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely choose it again. We have stayed here before, and whenever we visit Vienna, it remains one of our first choices. A very special thank you to Selini, who was absolutely exceptional. After we unexpectedly missed our flight, we contacted her and she immediately helped us find a room, arranged a taxi for us, and gave us clear instructions on how to get to the hotel. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a stressful situation so much easier and made us feel safe and truly supported. It is very reassuring to know that we can rely on the hotel and its team when something unexpected happens. Selini went above and beyond for us, and we are genuinely grateful for everything she did. We will definitely be back!
Awesome location. Great service. Breakfast was good, thanks to Magda and others for a great start of each day. Rooms are not that good. Room size is good, but is not nicely furnished. The bed is very small, I couldnt rest well. Room storage space in the room is small and limited. The TV is unnecessarily large. Also, be prepared to wait for the elevator, and was no indicator on our floor to show where the elevator is located.
My husband and I came over from Ireland and stayed here in this hotel for a week and it was a very enjoyable experience. Our room was located on the 4th floor, very spacious, and quiet. We have to praise Lila who met us every morning with a friendly smile and kind word and kept our room impeccable ie clean sheets, towels etc. We were given complimentary water and bars. Air conditioning was great also. The hotel is very near the main shopping fair, trams and underground which is a wonderful asset as a tourist making your way around the city. After a day, we felt very much at home. Breakfast was good, wide and varied choice of food. Staff are very helpful. We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for making us feel so welcome and making our holiday an enjoyable experience.
