Pentahotel Vienna

Lovely hotel, adorable staff, additional star for gym and sauna. Everything is perfectly maintained. The only thing: would be great to add a coffee machine and a kettle to the rooms, as well as at least a few snacks to a bar menu for guests who check in late and are too tired to eat outside 😅 otherwise, all perfect and thank you very much for your hospitality !!!

Staff is very nice. Location is convenient, yet very calm and silent neighbourhood. Windows although facing the street room is very quit. Bed and bedding, pillows are very comfortable. Towels for shower are pretty small. Room design is very simple, feels like a bit of update needed.

Loved this hotel. The room was so great, fabulous bed, great little mini gym. the vibe is top and the service was excellent. I spent 2 weeks in hotels in Vienna (25 hours hotel - it was mid!) Paris and Berlin, and this one night at Max Brown made my trip. Many thanks to Julia who went out of her way to help me with some questions for my stay and in général was just super knowledgeable and helpful. 100% would book again.

Really liked this hotel, the downstairs interior and the rooms had a lot of personality. The beds were really comfy too! It’s in a convenient location with good transport links and easy access to the city. The main downside was the TV, very outdated, didn’t work the first night and only had a couple of channels after that, would have expected a smart tv at a hotel like this. Also worth noting the bar downstairs is open to the public and hosts live music which can get quite loud at night. Breakfast was good with a decent selection, although no coffee in the room (there is a machine downstairs though). Staff were lovely and very helpful throughout. You could also swap your room clean for a glass of wine which was a great touch!
