Leonardo Hotel Vienna City West

10/10 – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful 3-day holiday in Vienna and stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The price was very reasonable, so I honestly didn’t have very high expectations. I saw the photos online and thought the room looked beautiful, but I wasn’t sure if it would actually look the same in person. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations! The room looked exactly like the pictures, and it was clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. The location is also very convenient, as the room is right next to the train station. However, I was pleasantly surprised that there was hardly any noise from the trains. One small thing to note is that the room does not provide a kettle, toothbrushes, or toothpaste, so remember to bring your own. The reception staff were also lovely, friendly, and very welcoming. They provided excellent customer service. Overall, I had a great experience staying here. Everything was beyond what I expected for the price. Definitely 10/10, and I would happily stay here again!

The staff are helpful and friendly, and online check-in makes the arrival process easy. The hotel is clean and conveniently located near two metro stations, making it easy to reach the main tourist attractions. The hotel is located in Vienna's 15th district, within a short 5-7 minute walk of Langenfeldgasse underground station. Längenfeldgasse is an important interchange station served by two major metro lines, U4 and U6. From U4, you can easily reach central Vienna and the historic city center, including Stephansplatz and Karlsplatz. 1. The rooms are very small, and the & bathrooms are also very small. They barely meet the basic requirements.

We stayed in a Comfort Double Room and found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom layout was a bit inconvenient: the toilet is separate from the shower area, there is no door on the shower space itself, and the toilet room lacks a sink. Additionally, the room does not have a proper wardrobe, though hangers are provided. Aside from these design quirks, our overall experience was positive and offered good value for money.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and the check-in process was straightforward. Location is good, only a few stops on the tram from the centre of Vienna. Would definitely recommend for a short stay in Vienna if you are looking for an affordable hotel.
