Our original hotel turned out to be dirty, and we quickly searched for a replacement. I found this one, booked on the Marriott app, and we arrived 10min later. The service at this hotel is EXCEPTIONAL. I have never experienced more friendly customer service at any hotel I’ve stayed at. The staff were so welcoming and generous (got a glass of Prosecco upon check in) and prompt. The location is perfect. The room was very clean and suited our needs. If we visit Vienna again we will stay here without a doubt.
Incredible location. The room was surprisingly quiet even with the windows facing the boulevard, and the shower was excellent.
The only downside is that the spa area with the pool operates only from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. It would be great if it stayed open a bit later so guests could relax before bedtime.
Hotel is really nice, well located. Location is superb. Staff super friendly. Rooms are comfy and at least the one we had was decent size.
Hotel has a gym, compact but it has machines and weights in really good condition
Breakfast was delicious! All good was great and drinks.
Staff in all places were super friendly and willing to help. I made special request about the pillows and how to deliver the invoice and all was done with no problem.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Vienna and within walking distance of the main attractions, shopping streets, and the Opera House. However, if shopping is your main priority, I’d recommend staying directly on Kärntner Straße.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, but another room in our booking was a big disappointment. It was small, located in an older and more isolated part of the hotel, and only accessible by stairs. We asked to change the room, but unfortunately the hotel refused to accommodate our request. Considering the price, we expected a much better experience.
From the moment we arrived at Le Méridien Vienna, we felt genuinely welcomed. We travelled all the way from Canada, and this hotel made us feel right at home!
We had a small misunderstanding during our arrival, but Lena handled it with such kindness, professionalism, and care. She truly went above and beyond, not only resolving the situation, but making our entire check-in experience exceptional. Her warmth and genuine hospitality set the tone for the rest of our stay
The hotel itself was wonderful. Our room was spotless, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and every detail made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It is also located in such a wonderful area, so close in walking distance so amazing restaurants, and sights.
We also visited the YOU. Bar attached to the hotel and received outstanding service from Julian. He was so friendly, attentive, and generous, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. It was some of the best service we’ve received.
To everyone at Le Méridien Vienna, and especially Lena and Julian, thank you for making our visit so memorable. We truly felt cared for throughout our stay, and it’s clear that exceptional hospitality is a priority here.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!
