I absolutely loved my stay at the **Imperial Riding School, Autograph Collection** in Vienna! From the moment I arrived until the day I checked out, every member of the team made me feel genuinely welcome. A very special thank you to Miss Rocio at Reception for her warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. She truly made every interaction a pleasure. Breakfast was another highlight of each morning, thanks to the incredible team of Miss Rada, Paulina, and Alamo. Their kindness, attention to detail, and constant smiles created such a wonderful start to every day. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and perfectly located, but what really makes it stand out is its people. They turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

This is a very nice and clean hotel with modern amenities. The reception staff were accommodating and ensured my preferences were met. If you’re staying here and coming from the airport, don’t use the City Airport Train - take the less expensive ÖBB train S7 to the Rennweg station located right next to the hotel. This makes your arrival very easy and convenient from the airport.

First impression of the hotel when we walked in was that it’s beautiful! The design of it is fascinating. The hotel rooms are very modern. It’s a shame that weren’t interconnecting rooms available though. We experienced an issue at check - in they charged us more than we had to actually be. Additionally the restaurant for lunch and dinner is great. However the buffet breakfast I wasn’t a huge fan of. Overall pretty good experience, just some tweaks.

We spent a few nights at the wonderful Imperial Riding School while visiting Vienna. First, the rooms were outstanding with comfortable beds, a bistro-like table with a corner bench for the delicious provided coffee, and ample place to store luggage and clothes. The shower was strong and soothing with top quality body products, as well as hand and body lotions that smelled great. We had a treed, sunny view and felt instantly at home. The hotel itself is spacious and just a 15- 20 minute walk to the tourist hub so you are central without all the noise and bustle. Even the citrus-flavoured iced water they provide in the lobby was a joy to have every day. They also have a sustainability program so if you don't want to have the room serviced, it can go toward points or be donated, which we did. We always enjoyed walking all over Vienna and returning home to our room to relax. Felt like a little apartment. I would return without question.
